Good location”
The hotel has a good location and the price is acceptable. Nothing else to say because the cleanness, staff and breakfast are not good.

What a shame!”
If your looking for a hotel way past it's best your in luck. Tired run down and falling apart, room paperwork says mini bar, that was long gone, along with the draw runners in the desk. Rust every where and now being painted. The grouds were massive but no plants just sand, it was a sad reminder of what a hotel can look like after years of neglect. Admire the new paint and dive past.

Bad hotel ever”
Quite big and good location hotel but not thing special more than that. Terrible breakfast, too old hotel facilities and seems there was ghosts?! Never come back for sure

Nice quiet hotel with beautiful stretch of beach”
Its an okay hotel. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure great, fastest most consistent WiFi ever. Great view of the long stretch of pristine beach. Clean everything. Quiet surroundings probably cuz it felt like we were the only guests on the premises... Shops and a park along the corner too. Felt bad I had to wake the girl at the reception counter so early (5am) for a super early flight. Poor girl looked so shocked to see us two checking out that early that she asked whether or not there was anything wrong...we said no, just that we have a really early flight out. Nice hotel even though it looks a tad weathered and neglected... Everything else that really matters were actually fine. I like that it wasn't busy or packed too. Felt like our own private hotel. Would stay there again but maybe two nights instead of one... This place definitely deserves a second chance. One tip though, don't open the windows past 4pm. Those mosquitoes from the patch of green from next door really are commando trained. They can fly up 5 floors and get under the covers real quick and cause you a night's rest. Unless you have your own mosquito coil, keep the windows close. And yes those nozzles do bite inspite of the organic/natural insect repellent we had on...

Very basic room with friendly staff”
Tuy Hoa is a very small city in central Vietnam, hence there weren't so many choices for hotel. This hotel is actually one of the best ones in this city, still we had very basic room and service. Do not expect too much from this area of Vietnam. Room was okie, staff was very friendly as they usually are, esp to tourists.

Great hotel for a beach holiday”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Long Beach, the room is clean and the bathroom is big. There is big mirror which is a big plus, as many hotels in Vietnam only provide bathroom mirrors. The beach is across the road from the hotel, and the hotel also operates a restaurant across the road (great seafood!)

First class facilities, just to yourself only”
I stayed during Tet holiday season but the hotel was still very quiet, so I could enjoy all attention of the staff. Breakfast is great, both atomosphere and meals, taken at the shack on the beach across the hotel. Service is great. Their chairman is very visible and friendly to all guests. Good English is spoken at the front desk. But I would hope they slash lunch/dinner prices of their restaurant a bit.

Nice and clean hotel, with helpful staff.”
Very good money and comfortable hotel, efficient Air Conditioning equipment, which is a must in this tropical area. Food is fine, and can be prepared to fit your taste and preference. All administrative buildings of the various provicial ministeries are within walking distance from the hotel which is very convenient for your business. You can also rent motor bikes from the hotel for day long rides in the hinterland.

Better hotel than many resorts along the coast”
Was here for a combination of work and holiday. The hotel is near the beach in a friendly provincial town. Restaurants are a bit difficult to find, but in the centre there are nice local places with good, fresh food and drinks. Few tourists, but that makes the place and hotel charming.

Great location with very large rooms”
Very good money for value hotel, with nice serving people. Very quiet area with marvelleous sightseeing possibilities. Food is good for those who likes local flavors, and not expensive at all. Laundry service is fast and perfect. You will love modern comfort, including free Internet access, while being in a wild and grandiose area.

"Rather disappointed"”
This Hotel is located along the Beach (cut by the beach road) but starting November until December Typhoons roar-in from the Philippines: there's no way to swim unless you want to die. Hotel provides (lousy) breakfast at their ugly Beach Restaurant (loud music, no customers, poor menu in Russian, nobody can speak English). Kind of a Ghost Hotel (Style: the movie "Shining" with Jack Nicolson) with a very view customers, lights in public areas are turned-off to safe energy, WIFI only at the dark Lobby and FO staff is incompetent to tackle problems (change of room for example). The rooms are poorly furnished, shower has no pressure, all windows are sealed though cannot be opened (strong wind whistling 24/7, difficult to sleep): only the beds were comfy and clean. During sunny days I was able to (break)-open a balcony door towards the sea to enjoy the magnificent view over the sea (door was heavily sealed with glue as well). One needs a taxi into town to eat something suitable (guess I was the only foreigner in town). The problem of this hotel: the GM sits in Hanoi and doesn't really know what's going on! Most of the staff are relatives of the GM and though had no or little Hospitality Training: it's a rigid Management System from top to bottom = copy/paste of the actual VN political Party. It happens that I can speak and understand Vietnamese (7yrs in the country), though I'm not unaware what's happening- and said around me. Main target market are Russian Charter groups who are "parachuted" at the Beach Hotel during their stark winter back home. Consequently: Better stay at Kaya Hotel in the middle of town with loads of Restaurants and shops in walking distance as well as the beach which is only 10Mins away. In the evening (specially on Sat and Sun) its fun to watch the locals and youngsters roller skate or hang-out at the Beach Marble Square, next to the Long Beach Hotel.

Fantastically weird hotel”
this hotel is like a throwback to the soviet union - full of miserable looking russians, very few facilities and looks like a faded version of past glory. check out the "beer garden" on the roof!! rooms are clean and adequate and breakfast is more or less ok.

Clean, great location”
Low season as we were there and since a bit lonely with very few guests. Very little decoration of the hotel dispite of holidays- christmas. Windy all the way through the hotel since they leave doors open everywhere. Fortunately it is a farely warm wind. Otherwise very clean and nice and they offer their best rooms right away to the few customers there are so the staff is very friendly. Somewhat poor English spoken but manageable. Breakfast could be better in all respects. Omelet ok, but coffee lukewarm, almost cold, a small amount dripping into a glass and thick as turkish coffee... Coffee culture has not yet come to Vietnam and very few places offer anything close to good coffee, but this could be easily improved. Totally priceworthy though with the good discount Agoda gives.

Noisy, terrible breakfast”
Firstly, the receptionist just couldn't handle a simple question like "how much would it cost if we check-in early", and yes, I spoke Vietnamese! She keep on asking me back if I'd check-in early without letting us know the price. Then we hired their bike to go around, and they lent us a manual bike whose tire is almost unusable since we had a flat tire once, the repairer said it already had too many holes, but we decided to just fix the new hole instead of changing a new tire cause we only drive it for 2 days anw. And we ended up having a second flat tire right after, so we had to change a whole new one since we were very far from the hotel. And the hotel just paid me back half the cost we had paid. At night, it's terribly noisy from the hotel's bar, you can feel the whole building shaking. And it has the worst breakfast I've ever had. I could hardly eat anything. Finally, it may look clean, but I don't feel so, especially the bed, I could feel the stickiness of unclean bedsheet!
