Off Strip, but minutes away from everything ”
I chose the Longhorn due to the price & location. And honestly, I was pretty impressed! The room are clean, and you get maid/housekeeping service daily! Check in was a snap, the front desk people are very kind. And you get a coupon book when you check in. (Discount on food at there restaurant. Free play in the casino.) The room is an average standard room, no over the top stuff. 2 beds, flat screen TV, night stand, Desk and mini freg. The AC/Heating unit worked great. The bathroom is a tub/shower combo. With a small vanity sink area. The furniture is a little dated, but in good condition. Parking is Free. The pool area is closed, during the winter months. There's a ice machine on the ground level..Along with several vending machines for snacks. I honestly, LOVED the Longhorn. I had absolutely NO problems staying here. I'm actually gonna make this place a regular hotel for myself. Plus, the restaurant always serves great food at a good price.

Convenient and inexpensive”
I worried because of the price - it can determine a lot nowadays in terms of cleanliness and accessibility - but we needed a last minute place to stay and this fit our budget. My daughter and I were pleasantly impressed by everyone's kindness, the quality of the food at Chuck Wagon and the comfortableness of our room. It was only 15 minutes away from the Strip and our game without all the craziness. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay”
Room was clean, updated, and very comfortable. Bed was great and A/C worked without a hitch. Staff was very friendly. Casino was small, but fun. Restaurant had very good food at reasonable prices. Overall, I enjoyed my 3-day stay and will stay there again when I'm in Vegas.

We decided to never stay in Las Vegas resort at the casinos or their hotels. This place is top dog! Clean quite huge room. Great staff. The food in the restaurant is to die for. Omg take great and great value. This is important to us being retired and on a strict budget. We diffentily will be back! We love it here!

Lively fun time @ the Longhorn ”
Best restaurant is the chuck wagon, staff is so awesome at the Longhorn at chuck wagon. Security is awesome. I had best new year's eve weekend here. I'll be coming back.

Boulder highway longhorn”
Hotel had plenty of parking. Area was well lit. Had a couple of a security guard inside the casino as well as outside. Clean around the hotel. Walked in to check in. Reception was OK. No problems. Got to spin a little wheel for prize. Room on the second floor. Clean. Casino floor was small, but that’s how I like it. Also restaurant on site had good specials and good food.

Affordable and Good place to stay”
The staff were friendly and the facilities and rooms were generally clean. Restaurant had nice food and it was generally a good experience. Rooms fit more than 1 person so bring company along when staying here :)

Very good value”
The longhorn hotel is basic but clean and has a friendly staff and great dinner type restaurant with very fairly priced and tasty food. The only negative thing I have to say is that the hallway carpets need a deep cleaning or need to be replaced.

Fine for what we needed”
We were just looking for a cheap place to crash overnight before heading to airport. Staff was very friendly. The lobby smelled of smoke from the attached casino. Room was nonsmoking so that was good. The bathroom was old looking and could use updating. The shower had great water pressure and got nice and hot. The anti slip mat stuck on bottom was peeling and showerhead was low for taller people, basically hit my chest as someone 5’9”. The coupons for restaurant and casino were a nice touch. We didn’t use pool or anything so I can’t comment on that.

Nice stay for long layover”
Yea the hallway carpet could use attention, but room was clean, a bit dated, but a good deal for the $. Plus we spun the wheel and won free resort fees! Bonus! Also felt very safe. Security was on point and we felt safe.

Happy with our stay.”
Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed one night after flying in late. Hotel was not as close to the airport as we had hoped but that was our fault, taxi cost about $30. Our room was dated but clean. We’re from the UK so not used to smoking in hotels. Although the room was non-smoking the hotel in general smelt, so it was noticeable even in our room. Overall happy and would recommend to anyone who needs to stay somewhere on a budget.

If you have a rental car and like local casinos with reasonable food specials this hotel may be for you. Rooms are clean but property is dated. Six miles from strip and dowmtown.
