A mere 70 meters from the Arabian Sea, Longuinhos Beach Resort has been around since the 80s. The resort has been welcoming its guests to Colva Beach, one of the most famous in South Goa. The resort has great access to all form of transportations. The Dabolim Airport is 22km away, Madgaon railway station is 10km away, and Madgaon bus terminal is seven kilometers away. Designed and fashioned to offer guest comfort and relaxation, all 51 deluxe rooms and two suites have great views. No management at all
Really bad management from the manager Adam He was only present in the morning and never in the day Staff need major training on our arrival we had to ask to get the toilet cleaned as it was disgusting It's all about money nothing towards service The restaurant was a complete and utter disaster cats allowed to come in to the dinning area and beg for food chefs not competent on the menu provided anything you asked for was either not available or we where told by the watering staff that the chef cannot cook the items requested even though we requested from the in house menu The staff in the restaurant think a client complaint is a joke and laugh and joke amongst each other while you are eating melvin who seems to be the manager sits behind the bar doing absolutely nothing just ordering the other staff around We will never return to this establishment we where truly disappointed as the venue is great and it takes the management to run it down

Untidy rooms & Bathrooms, poor management, Poor service
As i have booked for 3 days & 3 rooms the Deluxe rooms the Pool facing , I got 3 most corner rooms of the hotels even booked prior to 45 days in advance. The Rooms are untidy that spider webs were clearly visible in the corners of the rooms . Lizard & catepillars were common in the rooms. Door Looks were not working properly.Even i of us checked in 303 where A/Cs was not working at all. They have faced huge problem & the Hotel shifted the rooms after a long time in the night 11 p.m. For my it was just waste of money in the hotel like it.They are saying them as 3 star my foot .en They are not even 2 star.

Let's talk about something unsatisfactory: 1) no free wifi. in order to have wifi service for one hour, one has to pay 110 Rs -- absurdly high compared to elsewhere in the world 2) the bed and sheets are all sort of wet or humid, because of the closeness to beach, which is unavoidable but still uncomfortable 3) it is costly and inconvenient for one to go to the airport. To be more specific, take my experience as an example: I took a prepaid taxi from the airport to the hotel, costing me 500 Rs, this is Day Zero; At the end of my vacation, when I asked the front desk to book a taxi to transport me to the airport, the receptionist I requested made a personal phone call and then told me, the trip would cost 600 Rs; What was more interning came when I asked one of two female owners of the hotel to get a taxi for me, she gave a even higher price, 800 Rs while throwing all sorts of excuses for this absurd amount of charge. Greedy is the word that I did not say to her over the phone.

An average resort - favouring foreigners

The stay was good because of location . We were three couples with a kid . After staying in Golden Palms , Colva ( just 250 mtr away )we stayed in this resort. Pros : Location , View from Rooms Cons The front office team ( reservation / check-in etc.) was of trainees . Who say "NO" for every thing. bath towel - No etc etc. Seems like in mood of confrontation always. They speak with different attitude ( more polite ) with foreigners , while for Indians ( we were only Indian tourist )without smile - more rude. The rooms 118 in ground floor had a very bad bathroom ,the ceiling was leaking (water from bathroom above ) Hotel cleanliness was just average , with 7-10 housekeeping staff talking in groups ,just behind the room I have been travelling across , but such different attitude was never witnessed. In short the behavior of team + the room conditions need a big push from management Not advisable for Indian tourist

Location to beach, great travel agent with exchange facilities, price
Very nice, pleasant, congenial. I just wish I had visited Colva proper to enjoy the market. I suggested private safety deposit boxes to the manager.

stay in the newly renovated Luxury Rooms, the resort is on the beach and has an excellent view of the sea from anywhere in the resort, its very close to colva and easy to get around
