"The hotel is located in the loop, so it’s comfortable to travel. However, because there is a trail near hotel, it is loud at night. For me, it doesn’t matter. The room looks old and little bit dirty but not so bad."

"Room Type: 1 Elite King Bed The room itself is less spacious but equipped with a large UHD Samsung TV Built with Chrome Cast. They also have steam iron so it doesn't consume much space. I really love their bathrooms. Their mirror is built with lights around it suitable for preparing make-up. Other facilities include espresso coffee maker and a small refrigerator. They charged the room 15 USD per day as Urban Fee. They don't have microwave nor water heater. The staff is so friendly and always approachable. The location is the best because all the tourist attractions are just around the corner! Will definitely go back here. "

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Club Quarters Central Loop Hotel. We included a dinner at the Elephant and Castle Pub, & while the food was not superb, it was good enough and our waitress was attentive without being pesky. We enjoyed the lobby/gathering areas for leisurely chatting. It would have been nice to have the coffee/espresso machine on the ground level working -- that disappointed all four of us. I was the only one to use the exercise facilities; I had to adjust my workout significantly when the first elliptical machine was mechanically flawed (missing some part so that the action was like a mechanical bull ride!) and the second machine did not turn on at all. The third was useable but not program-able. I was greatly disadvantaged by no clock in the area. Staff people were cordial and helpful. We would stay again and have a plan for requesting a more spacious room."

"This hotel excellently located and has one of the best staff! From front reception to maintenance staff, they are all really friendly and warm! Our experience in Chicago is made sweeter meeting all these wonderful people at the hotel! My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. After 1 hour uber ride from airport and missing the junction to hotel, we were met by Mr Andreie from the hotel reception. A friendly face and warm welcome was exactly what we needed. Mr Andreie was really great - giving us a lot of advise on where to go, what to do, etc... We had a blast exploring places in Chicago based on his advise. The hotel bed was great though our room was really small. The air conditioning was not really working well. There was not much view either. Having said that the hotel was really strategically located, value for money, amenities are working superbly. We also like the idea that the hotel provide filtered water facilities and empty bottles to hotel guests so that we do not need to buy any drinking water from a store. Anytime I am back in Chicago, I will definitely choose the River Hotel! "
