Good Value Hotel”
Lord Kensington is good value. We booked tours for two days (Stonehenge and Oxford) and the tour bus stopped very close to where the hotel was so it was very convenient for us. Location was great. Rooms were acceptable.

Cost Effective Hotel with Convenient Location ”
The hotel is just 5 minute walk from Earl Court Metro station and is very convenient. The environment is good and quiet. The room size is reasonable and clean. The receptionist is friendly. The room WiFi is free. Overall speaking the hotel is value for money and I will definitely book it again next time.

Convenient with kids stayed in Family room”
5mins walk from Earls Court tube staion. Room & toilet was clean. New Bedsheet & towels everyday. Overall is good. However, on my last night found 2 bed bugs on my bed. Hope the hotel get rid of those bugs or will change the mattress.

Budget conscious trip”
The staff was friendly when we dropped off luggages at the reception . Location is a vital attraction for this place. Basic needs are met. We hv a family room that hv 2 double n 1 single, space constraint , even space for luggages need planning. Daily make up of room but not towels. Shops nearby is a plus n walking to underground station Earl court. There is a lift but like no ventilation, grateful we are just one floor above the ground. :) Overall ok for our stay.

Convenient and clean”
Pros - Conveniently located close to Earls Court tube station. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Cons - This is not a disabled friendly hotel, the entrance is via a set of high steps with no hand rail. The rooms, although clean, are very small. The standard room does not have an en-suite bathroom. Although we did have a shower in our room (304), the toilet was on the other side of the stairs landing.

Request room at front of hotel if light sleeper as rooms at rear look down onto Earl’s Court Tube Station. Good travel link to anywhere in London as tube station just around the corner.

Parfait /Perfect”
Situation idéale à 3 min du métro Earl's Court. Un peu de bruit des autres chambres. Personnel très gentil. Perfect location at 3min from Earl's Court station. Just some noise from the other rooms. Very nice personnel. Will come back !

Great location”
Less than 10 minutes walk to Earls Court Station. Three train lines pass through this station. Picadilly Line brings you to Heathrow Airport in 30 mins. Just right onto Earls Court Road there are a lot of places where you can eat. It was a very strategic location in our overall 4 night stay.

Very good location hotel in the city”
I can't complaint much about the hotel as it was well suited to my needs, the bathroom area was minuscule though (toilet was practically below the sink) but the shower was regular sized. The bedroom area was big enough for me. The furniture and fittings in the room were of good quality. Overall it was a good stay.

was travelling on my own so i just required a single room. the room was quite small but it was warm clean and comfortable. nothing negative to say about the hotel staff were friendly and the hotel served its purpose in relation to my needs

Pros: Location of the hotel is good, at the end of the block near Earl's Court Tube station. Rooms are clean with a cosy feel and the heaters are working very well. Nice but simple decoration

lovely hotel, pity about the location”
Stayed here for the last leg of our trip, it was a nice little hotel with good service and luckily a lift for our luggage cause i was sick to death with carrying my stuff up and down stairs. The only downside really was the fact that there was a train station opposite our room, making impossible to have a decent sleep until after midnight, this place needed at least double glazed windows to the rooms to help cancel out the noise. Overall it was a good hotel.

Positive Points: Price, Breakfast, Close To Public Transport, Close to Local Attractions. Not so positive: Small Room, Missing light bulb, Faulty (damaged window handle), Noise (From street and slamming doors), Poor language skills by staff.

Earl's Court stay”
Family b&b, but without breakfast. In a group /family room of four people. Not enough hangers & hooks to hang your clothes when group staying in the same room. Small towels, not enough to cover you. Only one tiny towel /person. No shampoo / conditioner. No aircon in rooms. No handshower head. Close to Earl's Court underground station. Many breakfast places in the EC's area available.

Very Good Location”
The hotel is situated very near the underground and so has easy access to anywhere in London. Staff very friendly and professional. A place to sleep in , not somewhere to spend time. I have the impression that the owners are gradually upgrading the furnishings and facilities ... and am guessing that sometime in the future that it will become an A One place to stay.

I was disappointed. The hotel is situated too close to the underground line so you hear the trains all the time when you are in your room. The madrass was hard and stained. The safe was hard to access. The gap under the bedroom door is so big that it lights your bedroom to the point that you do not need to switch on the light if you need to get up in the middle of the night.
