Central location and comfortable accommodation ”
We located the apartment Street with not much drama but then things got worse. Locating the Waverley Train Station car park was a challenge. Once we located the car park and dragged our bags 20 minutes up hill to the street it was then a challenge locating the appartments. We finally saw a small door way with "28 North Bridge" on a sign hanging above the door. Once we had punched our 4 digit code into the key pad we then had entry to the building. The lift in the building was small and had another outer door that had to be closed and as well so balancing two suitcases, two backpacks etc and trying to fit into the lift, close doors and some how reach the lift button was some what of a challenge in itself. On reaching our appartment the door was unlocked and a nice note on the table to let us know the security code was not working so they left a key for use. This meant we could not go out single as only one key to get back in. Room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. Shower was amazing, large with lots of pressure and hot water. The only thing was a washing machine which was the main reason we chose this appartment but no cloths dryer. The lighting was very poor but the kitchen had everything you needed. Location was great with a short stroll up hill to the castle and lots of shops, restaurants and hotels to at at. Now we know how to locate these appartments we would stay again. Would not recommend to anybody who has trouble walking due to parking being so far away.
