Worst Hotel For Family
I booked this in the last moment and checked in to the hotel, went inside the room and found cockroaches running inside the room. There were people smoking all over the place. It looked like a crime place when two police walked into the hotel.I immediately went to the lobby and informed that cockroaches were found in the room and hotel is not safe for young children. They laughed at me.I asked for the cancellation and refund for which they denied.I just came out of the place even though i lost the money which i paid.I dont recomment this hotel to any family travellers

No Wifi, dirty pool
The promised free wifi did not work and nobody seemed to care. The pool was dirty. The Staff was unmotivated and unfriendly. As a breakfast you get Coffee or tee and a Muffin. Really noisy because of the airplanes flying to LAX.

This is NOT a hotel/motel
I'm not sure why the word hotel is attached to this property. The staff was the best part of this experience & I only dealt with them at check in/out. At best they were indifferent. The rooms had an unpleasant smell & were not properly cleaned. I would recommend this as an absolutely plan Z & if you have no other choice.

Roofied, Robbed, Stranded, Hotel didn't care
DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT STAY HERE! I took my kids (11,14,15) to this hotel thinking it was like a hostel. On our third night I was roofied while floating in the pool (yes, I mean my drink was drugged), and a man with a KEY to our room barged in while we were sleeping claiming he was with management. He stole my purse, money, debit cards, ID, work laptop and phone, etc. The hotel management could not have cared less. They were condescending and dismissive. They wouldn't even talk to me. The Inglewood police department said "get out of here, it isn't safe, next time read the reviews!" Well, I did read a sampling of the reviews and it has a 6.1, not a 3. Not having a blow dryer (one of the low reviews) just isn't a concern. Did I think this was the Marriott? Of course not. Was I shocked that there were sketchy people smoking weed in the open by the pool? Not really. Did I think someone would have a key to my room and brazenly rob me and three kids while we were sleeping? Hell no. Did I expect that the hotel management would refuse to help us or talk to me? Hell no.

Be warned! This hotel is not what it seems!
I felt deceived that this hotel was next to a backpackers hotel but I paid more than 10 times the price for the night. I would have been happy with a dormitory if I had known that I would be put into a room that was not throughly cleaned. I did not care that it looked liked a 1970,s retro but I did object to the noise outside particularly after I had waited over an hour and a half for the hotel shuttle. The reason I picked this place was it was near LAX Airport and that it provided a free shuttle. Too bad for me that I finally arrived at the hotel after 1,00am to be told that the office did to know about my two calls requesting the shuttle! Keep well away from this place because it is not value for money and I request that Agoda give me compensation. I have booked through Agoda before without any hassles and was extremely disappointed and felt conned!

Most horrible experience in my traveling life!
Hotel had no parking. Had to park illegally across the street. Check in lines were long. Got to room, it was under makntenance with carpet cleaning equipment in the middle of the floor. Furniture out of place. Mattresses standing up against the wall with huge blood stains. Travelers in fron t of us in line were complaining about finding vomit in their rooms and bathrooms. We asked for a refund but were denied. By the front desk. We called Agoda for a refund, but we are still waiting their response. Agoda did give us a $20 gift card to use their reservation system in the future. Not sure we're going to take them up on that until we get our full refund.

We didn't stay. Beds were not clean. Carpet so dir
We checked in for two reserved rooms. After that we had to park our car at the hotels parking lot which looks bad at the gate. First impresión to see a garbage container so full with more trash on both sides. We went to our room. Sheets were not clean. Carpet was dirty and dated. We decided to cancel our stay right away. So we did not stay at this hotel, even though it was paid for 1 night and 2 rooms.
