Beautiful rooms, attentive staff, spacious grounds”
We enjoyed our experience at Lotus Blanc Hotel tremendously. Our room was spacious with tasteful furniture and a balcony facing the garden with pool view. Only flaw (if that is one) was that the shower only has an attached head from the ceiling. The staff is very attentive, the breakfast buffet is great. The gym is well equipped and the pool clean and large. Only flaw (if one): the water is not very cold. We would definitely stay at Lotus Blanc Siem Reap again!
I live in Cambodia and this is where I go when I want to treat myself.”
I live in Cambodia and often travel to Siem Reap. I've stayed in a number of different hotels there. Lotus Blanc is my preferred choice when I want to relax and be comfortable. Soft beds, great breakfast spread, and super friendly and helpful staff. The room I had was really quiet, which is great in Siem Reap as some places get very noisy.
Great choice of hotel”
We stayed in this hotel for 5D4N. The photos looked nice, and the prices were low even by Malaysian standards, so we were apprehensive at what we would really get. If not for the excellent reviews on Tripadvisor, we would have given this hotel a miss. It is definitely good value for money and I can't recommend it highly enough. The hotel is new, rooms are clean, staff are friendly and this hotel is huge and spacious. Breakfast is included with the room booking and it is sumptuous and there is a good variety. The crepes are delicious !! The only flaw I could find with this hotel is its pricey dinner sets. Some sets could set you back USD40-50, when USD10 could get you a good meal already. But there are plenty of nice affordable restaurants nearby so don't let this put you off staying here. We enjoyed Siem Reap and we were glad we stumbled upon this gem of a hotel.
I've stayed at the Lotus Blanc a number of times and will continue to stay here as the hotel is very spacious and comfortable in a lovely setting. The staff are very friendly and well trained. The location is ok but you'll need to use tuk tuks to get around Siem Reap.
Friendliest staff I've ever met. Stylish, comfortable and modern rooms and facilities. Hard to beat!”
From the get go we were greeted by absolutely lovely staff who made us feel right at home. After a free room upgrade we checked out the resort which was all class. The two restaurants were outstanding with food as good as any you'll find along with a large buffet breakfast. The pool is a good size with plenty of deck chairs to laze back on and the gym can cater to a range of work out styles. The hotel is only minutes from the town centre and transport two and from is always ready and waiting with hotel Tok Toks ready at hand. We had a bliss time staying at the Lotus Blanc and will return. Thanks Mr Jam!
Great Stay At a Fantastic Property!”
This was my second time staying here, July 2017 being my first (4 days then). This time was a great 7 days pampered in luxury and excellent service from the staff. Breakfast is amazing and reminds me of the Bellagio in Las Vegas in its presentations and quality of food. Beautiful pool and gardens to stroll along, and smiles and warmest greetings from the staff, some of who remembered my name. Thanks to Mr. Chiva and Adam and Ms. Borey. They will accommodate your travel and stay wishes. Highest recommendation for the Lotus Blanc...
Excellent stay, very friendly staff”
We loved our stay at Lotus Blanc. Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff we've come across on our trip. Our time here was too short! Very nice facilities. The restaurant is gorgeous and the breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. The gym is not overly well maintained (treadmills need oiling etc) but is clean and a nice feature. The rooms are spacious and have an updated style. Would definitely recommend!!
Fantastic stay ”
So glad to have stumbled across the Lotus Blanc on Agoda- it's a wonderful resort with great amenities. The rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. The grounds are well kept and beautiful and the pool is very relaxing. The restaurants on-site provide delicious options and the staff is so kind and courteous! Overall, an amazing place to relax and enjoy a vacation.
Exceptional Service !!!”
Two of us stayed here and we have to say it was an amazing stay. It's location is perfect. You step out of the peaceful and calming reception through. Our welcome on arrival was memorable - the hospitality really is world class. A special mention has to go to Dany who really did go above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms are modern, very well sized and decorated and furnished to a very high standard, huge pool but we missed to benefit it as our short trip. We booked one day tour of Angkor via the hotel which included small circle of Angkor Wat - exceptional value for money. The tour was perfect and our guide was just incredible, taking us to see the highlights of the area at temple site. If you are planing to stay in Siem Reap, we recommend you to stay at this hotel, otherwise, you are missing out.
The Borei Angkor and The Lotus Blanc Resort are better”
The Lotus Blanc Hotel is outdated in many ways. It has the same owner as the Borei Angkor and the Lotus Blanc Resort and they are better options. I only got lukewarm/cool showers however the sink had scalding water. The cable system was completely down. Floors were outdated. Not to the par of the other sister properties. The breakfast buffet is shared with the Lotus Blanc Resort and is wonderful as is the one at the Borei Angkor.
Dear Arnold, Thank you very much for your lovely review. We are glad that you thoroughly enjoyed your stay with us. We have passed your kind words to the team and we are looking forward to your next stay soon. Warmest regards, The Management
Perfect hotel, outstanding service”
From start to finish our stay at Lotus Blanc was superb. The staffs were amazing, so helpful and thoughtful to our every need. I would strongly recommend staying here to enjoy the relaxing and night life outside at pub street and retreat to a sanctuary within the hotel.
Lovely staff with beautiful oasis ”
The hotel is a gorgeous oasis in the heart of Siem Reap, from being welcomed "home" when you arrive to the cold towels every time you get back to the hotel nothing is too much trouble. The room is lovely, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean and well thought out. The pool area is gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious. The staffs are every attentive and I would not hesitate to return to this gorgeous hote!!!
Beautiful resort, great size room, lovely pool. We also used the gym which had great facilities however the aircon seemed to be broken when we were there so it was extremely hot and muggy in there. It's a really flash hotel, very upmarket in Siem Reap. The staff are reallllllly friendly, like above and beyond, there are so many staff there to help with everything and anything. I know this is a great benefit for a lot of people, but for me as an introvert it could be a little bit too much when I just wanted to walk from the foyer to the elevator in peace, haha sorry. They are always checking in on you to say Hi but also trying to get your business at the restaurant or for a taxi or tour for example.
For family in Siem Reap”
This is an incredible hotel in Siem Reap. The staff is excellent, quite helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious; though one side is quieter than other due to traffic noise. Would definitely stay there if we visited Siem Reap again.
Extended stay 2 more nights”
This hotel is wonderful. They have trained very well. Everyone with super service mind. They really want us to have the most convenient and satisfaction. Wonderful breakfast especially “pancake dressing-mango & banana” is the must. Thank you Mr.Nim and front office team to arrange us transportation to airport. As i always say, i will definitely stay here again when I come back to Siem Reap
Dear Benjamas, Thank you very much for your amazing review of your recent stay with us. We are delighted that you were well looked after by our professional team and we are sure that they will be thrilled to know of your comments. Kind regards, The Management
Very enjoyable stay”
Had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for 4 nights at Lotus Blanc. The staff are friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. Would certainly come back again sometime.
Dear Simon, It is fantastic to read that you had such a wonderful time with us and our staff were professional and friendly along the way. We do hope to welcome you back to us again soon. Kind regards, The Management
Great 5-star resort just outside downtown Siem Reap”
Everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean and everything smelled amazing. The pool was perfect to escape the heat of Siem Reap. Only $3 tuk tuk to Pub Street. The best part is their amazing breakfast buffet!
Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Value for money. Will recommend to friends who wish to visit Siem Reap. Only setback is at nights there are lots of mosquitoes at the pool garden.
The most friendliest staff”
We enjoyed our time staying at Lotus Blank. Most of all we were really impressed by the friendliness of the staff. They all were extremely helpful, welcoming and nice. Our plane arrived early in the morning but they allowed us to check in at 9am which was really great as we could take a shower and hit the temples. The hotel is divided into two sections and we ended up staying in an older section but We received a free room upgrade which made our stay much more pleasant. The breakfast is decent with good selection. The crepes were the best!
Lovely hotel near airport”
Lotus Blanc is a lovely hotel fairly close to the airport. The location is not great if you want to walk to the central area of SR, but it is a good location in terms of being located within easy reach of the wats, downtown, and airport. The breakfast is more than ample.
