I stay here every time I work at Jasmine Tower. if you're at Chaeng Wattana for work, it's perfect. If you're a tourist, what are you doing staying at Chaeng Wattana?!?

Perfect for work ”
I live in Bangkok. Chaeng Wattana traffic is horrendous. I stay here when I have big projects at Jasmine Tower next door. It's a residential condo, so more like staying in your own small apartment than a hotel. It's impeccably clean, and very quiet. It has a refrigerator so you you can keep food and beverages. And he location is absolutely perfect if you are working at Jasmine Tower.

Good value for location”
Not a true hotel, no reception lobby, not well identified from outside. It is an older condo building in which a number of rooms have been usd as hotel rooms. The rooms are basic and large, all beds TV refrigerator air conditioner were relatively new, this is the best 1 star I have stayed in. I you want cheap clean and no fancy trimmings then this is ok.

Lotus Condo”
The room by itself sure isn't bad but people need to know that this is not a hotel. This is a building filled up with studios and someone basically bought a few of them and rents them out short term. So entering the premises one need to go into a small shop right next to the entry of the actual building where someone sits without too much knowledge whats going on very friendly though . Anyway when you get the key you have to go to the 8th floor walk through a long corridor where all the studios are like fortified doors etc which looks like its in a weird neighborhood when at your room the room sure is spacious with a queen size bad fridge old TV and a small bathroom but big enough. Mattress is rock hard so if you don't like hard mattresses this is not the place for you. There is no WiFi available as advertised as this does not work. So having all said that I think that a 800baht charge (and up) is a bit on the very steep side as you know you can find hotels all over Bkk charging only 500baht a night so a price around that range 4-500baht would be much more suitable as again no service or nothing is available as the lady in the shop dissapears around 8pm and after that your on your own.
