The room was smelly with a smaller bed instead of queen size bed, when I clearly stated there will be 4 guest arriving. I called the receptionist and their answer was confused..I asked for a room upgrade and the receptionist told me that he don’t know the room price..

We travelled as a family to Kuala lumpur. We had a tight budget on accomodation so we found this hotel on this site after reading all its good reviews. Hesitated at first beacuse of previous reviews on the noises at night, but it wasnt what was happened to us. When we checked in, the hotel staff were very friendly and warm. The room and bed were big enough for two adults and a small child. Bedsheets and pillow cases were very clean. Extra credit to them that they offer 5 packets of biscuits everyday without fail. I never experience this in any budget hotels. We got a room not next to the main road, so we had good nights sleep. Well, it wasn't noisy though, even at night when we had late roti canai next door.There are many indian shops around. There is also a supermarket opposite this hotel that sells almost everything. So it was very easy for us to get shower stuffs and packets of biscuits for the kids. This hotel is very near to kl sentral. It took us 10 -15 mins walk to reach sentral. There is also a dobby shop behind the hotel around 10 mins walk. I would really recoommend for couples or families to stay here and i will surely come back!! Applause!

For the price, this hotel offers value for your money. The rooms are large, wi-fi is free and fast, and it's a 10-15 min walk from KL Sentral Station. (it's near or far, depending on your perspective. I like walking. It's excercise. The location is the Little India of Kuala Lumpur, so expect to see lots of Indian stores and eateries. The staff are friendly and they speak English well. Complimentary water is provided each day, as well as snacks! But what i really liked about the place is it's very clean and cozy. We'll definitely consider staying in this hotel again when we go back to KL!

Purposeful weekend vacation ”
This was one of the best budget hotels that I had ever been to in the recent times. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were neat, had an LCD television which played a few channels, was close to KL Sentral, the transport hub in KL. Access to few of the Indian restaurants in the vicinity helped us spend a nice evening in Brickfields. The hotel was mainly occupied by Indian/ Filipino travellers during the weekend in which I stayed there. There is chance that some rooms which are facing the front of the road be noisy as it oversees the main road which is extremely bustling with traffic (jams!). Be careful when you select the room. If you are used to some minor noise and want to drench into a typical South Indian surroundings, do choose this budget hotel.

A good quality hotel that's right for your budget”
The hotel is in Little India of KL, very near KL Sentral, so it's accessible to all public transports and the sky bus from the airport, which saved us huge bucks (only MR 8) than riding a taxi from the LCCT airport( an hour drive). The only thing I can comment is, the hot and cold shower didn't work well, so I am still kind of cold after taking the shower, but everything else is good, clean room, space is good enough for the price you pay, and the receptionist gave us good directions everytime we ask.

We've stayed here on and off for a few weeks. It's great value for money provided you book in advance through agoda. The Xpress rooms are fine - bigger than many budget rooms in KL. The Deluxe and Superior rooms are a little more expensive but wonderful. Great views, great price, great breakfast. Generally reliable fast internet, even on the higher floors. Friendly, polite staff. Felt secure, with guards outside 24 hrs. All the basics - hairdryer, fridge, tea+ coffee, tv. Great location, 5 min to KL Sentral. Will definitely be back here..

short stay at the Malaysian capital”
Our taxi driver found it difficult to locate the hotel, even though we had passed by. Located just opposite to Srikota departmental store. We arrived very late in the evening, the hotel staff were friendly and guided us to good near by restaurants. Because it is located in Little India, the local shops have loud music played until around midnight. The hotel rooms were clean and provide value for the money paid. KL Sentral LRT & monorail stations and buses stop are all in walkable distance

Fantastic Rooms I did not expected”
This hotel is one of the nice hotel I had in my many travels in Asia. Rooms are good enough to a sound sleep. Amenities are best--there are hot and cold shower, linens are fresh, mini bar. My studio room has one large size bed enough for two people. Little India is just in front and so I enjoyed so much the food. There are nearby restaurants which you can choose from any dish you want. Kl Sentral Station is a walking distance which connects you to the MRT Stations including the KLCC where Petronas is there. So convenient and worth the mney I paid for.

I like this hotel, it's new and very clean. All staff are smiling and accomodating.The location is just 10 mins. walk to KL Sentral Station where you can find monorail station, LRT, KTM Komuter and the Express Rail link.This makes it very accessible to commute anywhere in Kuala Lumpur.
