Friendly service with a smile - serene location”

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice, quiet and peaceful surrounding/beach front. Superb breakfast spread.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a See-view Bungalow. Have stayed with various resorts/hotels in Muine/Phan Thiet. Lotus Muine ranks amongst the bests that we have stayed. No regrets only good recommendations. Definite a 5-Star services hotel at affordable prices.

private beach, swimming pool, massage, breakfast

Location is far from Mui Ne. But everythig (include room, service, faciliteis, breakfast) is so great as much as we can ignore the location problem. I was overall satisfied with my stay at Lotus Muine Resort & Spa.

Beautiful resort and great helpful staff”

Helpful polite staff, beautiful landscaping and rooms

we did spent quite a while at our arrival to get the a/c running; the staff seemed quite efficient, but couldn't that have been verified before our arrival? then for a few days, the internet connection wasn't stable and required several interventions by an it specialist. besides these little problems, the stay went great. the personnel is really helpful to rent a scooter, describe the things to do and visit in the area (if you go to the white sand dunes, don't rent a quad from the kids there; it's not cheap and they won't let you ride anyway). example of things to do (staff can tell you how to get there): mud bath in mui ne, phan thiet market, fairy stream... overall, the resort is a little too big for my taste and the beach sucks (covered with rocks). if you wanna swim, you must move to the next resort, like amaryllis, a much more charming resort hidden behind the trees with a perfect long beach (already stayed there). but breakfast is royal and you can expect to gain weight there if you like to try everything. keep in mind that this is a pretty quiet and peaceful resort, isolated (far from cities), so you must be ready to either pay for taxi or rent a scooter if you want to go out at night.

      A Jewel in Mui Ne”

Luxurious Amenities, Fine Beach, Superb Service, Great Location

We were amazed with the beauty of our home in Mui Ne, a truly luxurious place to stay! We were welcomed by the management and staff with refreshments and good news to match: Since there was an on-going company party, our deluxe rooms were upgraded to Beachfront Bungalow! From 2M VND to 6M VND, that was truly fantastic! We would be sleeping at their finest honeymoon suite which also would mean the beach would be a stone’s throw away, perfect for beach lovers like us! [Image] With the glimpse of first-class facilities, our happy feet headed towards our suites and embraced the lavishness for a while. Then, we decided to grab some bites at Moon Beach Bar & Restaurant where we could enjoy taking pleasure of pristine sea landscape around an expresso as well as ice cream or experience the most exotic cocktails while admiring the pacific view. Also, the bar provided sports center where we played billiards and foosball in competitive mode. We roamed around the resort to enjoy the ambiance and the picturesque pool under the moonlight before we decided to catch up with our pillows. Waking up with the sound of the beach waves was a music to our ears. The private balcony amidst the beach provided a space to chillax with a cup of coffee and perked up our first morning Mui Ne. Buffet breakfast was served in Marina Seafood Buffet Restaurant offering Vietnamese delicacies to international favorites. The whole morning was dedicated to bum around Mui Ne Pan Thiet's white sandy beach, try the resort’s Jacuzzi and enjoy such elegant and ultra-modern resort. As a traveler, I personally recommend Lotus Mui Ne Resort where it is classy and romantic at every single angle you look.

      Nice resort with great location”

Good infrastructure, friendly staffs, great location, good price

We (4 families) stay here for 3 days. First of all, we enjoy the room, pool and the sight of the resort. The price is fairly cheap for a resort like this. Lotus resort is located between Phan Thiet center and Mui Ne, as well as the sightseeing sites around. A minor is: the breakfast buffet is too bad, below the standard, and the door-locking card system seems to have problems.

the first thing you notice is the elegant design and ultra-modern open air lobby. the room had a super-soft mattress, large flat-screen tv and comfortable shower. there are numerous places to layout and soak up the rays or hide under an umbrella from the poolside, a grassy slope near the ocean bar, or on the beach itself. calming plants and flowers are all around if you like to take a stroll, or just enjoy it on the way to breakfast, or for an early morning swim. the hotel offered live music at the large central water fountain which could be enjoyed in the courtyard, or just as easily, from any rooms balcony. our reservation included a buffet style breakfast, and it was always quite a spread with eggs made to order and all kinds of choices for sides. the only problem with breakfast was that it was not also offered for lunch and dinner. the hotel has a nice spa. we took advantage of a discount they were offering and got a foot massage and mani-pedi. i am not a four-star type individual and took advantage of a special, to try to give my wife the honeymoon experience we never had. the hotel certainly lived up to my expectations. the only drawback for us is that a limited budget and a little too much economic sense made eating lunch and dinner in the restaurant less of an option. things there are a bit pricey. also, my wife is pregnant and so eating fish eliminated a good portion of the menu. there was a special valentines event for couples, also price well out of our budget. the staff seemed to go to extra lengths to try to make us happy, and it was appreciated.

      Excellent value”

Great customer service, excellent rooms, beautiful view

I stayed at Lotus Mui Ne with my three year old daughter and another couple for four nights and paid $58/night. We visited the spa and were well taken care of; my daughter even had her nails painted and a mini-massage at no charge while we had a massage and facial. The front desk took good care of us getting taxis when we wanted to head into town for dinner (@40-50,000 each way) and train tickets back to Saigon. We went to the red sand dunes one afternoon in a taxi set up by the front desk and the taxi waited for us, turning off the meter, while we explored the dunes.

The best lobby I've ever seen”

      best lobby view

When I arrived Lotus, I was very impressed by the lobby. I could see the sea from lobby. And I was in love with this hotel at that moment. And the reception personnel called my name while I was just arrived. This surprised me. After that they also upgrade our rooms. This was too wonderful. Although this hotel is not located on main road, and 10 minutes from Nguyen dinh chieu. This hotel is worth to stay. The worst is the spa service is not available at night, and it's closed at 16:30 instead. So you must go to Nguyen dinh chieu to find massage and spa.

we stayed at lotus muine for 3 nights in december. we had a blackout during one of the nights but was quickly rectified. the room is clean and comes with a balcony. we booked our rooms with ocean view but what we actually got was only a fraction view of the ocean. the location of the hotel is about 5 mins (on cab) to the muine city area.

Peaceful, maybe a bit too peaceful:-9”

It was a 3 star- 4 star hotel in MuiNe region. It is extremely peaceful, fram from the village center ( if there is any center) Ok food.Clean and tidy room.

Location: 4 km from Muine- so I think it must be emphasised more. This way there is no other entertainment or food option just offered by the hotel. I was there in low season, so technically the hotel was empty during the week, except for weekend. Food is OK, not memorable but not bad. Staff is Ok at the restaurant, not so much at the concierge area, though no major problem. Clean and tidy homekeeping. Beach is not too nice at all, the only rocky part of the shore!! This way you have to walk a bit- if you want to swim safely, but that is not major problem since it is just 200 meters walk. Otherwise the beach is extremely picturesque and wild lokking with strong waves and wind. All in all not a bad hotel for the money and I can recommend especially if you want peace and isolation for 2-3 days.

      Great Beach Resort”

      Modern, Beach Side

we booked in for 2 nights for my wife's birthday. generally we were satisfied with our stay although there were a couple of problems. some front desk staff have poor english hence making communication problematic at times. one scenario; after checking in after a long day travelling we decided to get room service for dinner. note firstly that a four star resort but their restaurant, bar, spa and room service all shut down at 9:45 in the evening thus making the resort useless for services after that time. we were told we could order room service at 9:45, the restaurant took our order. an hour later still no food, after speaking to front desk they informed us (after many failed attempts to comminicate) that the staff had gone home. even more frustrating when we were tired and hungry was to go outside which is hard given in middle of nowhere. not very helpful. after complaining they did make a concerted effort to please us with a birthday cake for my wife and bein generally friendly. one of the fronts desk staff spoilt this effort and change of heart by being particularly rude on checkout. in summary despite the issues we did enjoy our stay however be aware of the fact that all their amenities shut so early rendering everything non existent by 9:45. resort was lovely and rooms great. fantastic beach also.

really enjoy and feel comfortable with the accommodation and services, also staffs are friendly and helpful the hotel automatically upgrades the room whereas available, it just a little extra work for staff but very huge joy, happiness and comfort to guess. still, there is thing to consider, the front beach is rocky (too many stones) and have to walk to the beach area beside (which belongs to other resort). this is the cons

Beautiful gardens, great pools and excellent staff

Being located a short taxi ride away from the main street of Mui Ne was a big advantage for me. The beach is lovely with its rock pools and fishing boats. The prices at the spa are very high. There is a small selection of five or six pieces of gym equipment on the terrace outside the spa.
