I had a good time while I stay there when after Thailand just unlock from Covid-19,so its kind of not many ppl. Good point are water is so clear and clean,on the other hand,because of less ppl.,so activities or one day trip have less and depend on day by day. Wish the situation would get better soon,and I will come back to stay there again.

Good hotel with very friendly staff. Unfortunately there is no roomservice bacause of covid, so you had to ask for fresh towels and nobody clean the rooms. But it was okay. The position of the resort is great, you can reach everything from there.

Sea view room”
The view can not be beat. Great sunset, right in front of the hanging palm tree. There was a musty, mildew odour in our room that would get strong unless we kept the windows open or the AC on. Also the lotus bar was right next door and the music was loud. Thankfully it was done by 9pm due to the Covid restrictions. I would have hated being in this room during the normal busy times when Koh Tao is full of people who just want to party and get drunk all night long. The room didn’t get cleaned after the first night as well. But, we kept it clean ourselves. The staff was polite.

Everything seems ok if it’s not super summer because air conditioner is a bit old so it’s quite hot, fortunately there is a fan in the room. Furthermore, the water system in the bathroom didn’t work, it’s the priority to improve. Anyway, I like the location and neighborhood.

Good location but extremely noisy at night”
The first thing the lady on the front desk said when we arrived to check in was, 'The music is very loud from 7:30pm - 2am'. Which was a bit late since we'd booked and paid for 6 nights already. Sure enough, the music from the fireshow was so loud it shook our room until 2am, so we got no sleep, and we checked out the next day, and requested a refund for 5 nights. To the credit of the staff, while they were not authorized to process a refund, told me to come back in 4 days time when the manager would be in and I could speak to them. When I spoke to the manager, they said they were aware of my issue, and refunded the money straight away. All in all, while this hotel was not our cup of tea, the staff were quite helpful in the end. I'd recommend this place only to those who are looking for a party every night and don't mind waiting until 2am to be able to sleep.

So loud that our room shook”
We booked this hotel for 2 nights and had to leave a night early (even though they wouldn’t give us a refund) because we literally couldn’t sleep or do anything without our walls and windows shaking from the bass from the music next door. We read reviews, and a few said there was loud music, but not to the extent that there was. We felt like the staff also downplayed this aspect of the hotel. NOWHERE in the hotel is anywhere near quiet from 9 pm-about 230 am, so please know that before booking. But the rooms are so beautiful and clean, one of the prettier hotels on the inside, and there are two great pools. The staff was nice and tried to get us to stay because we had already paid but we literally couldn’t, and because of this I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here who doesn’t want to have a super crazy party night every single night.

I really liked the room - spacious, relatively clean (apart from lots of dust under the shelves). The shower and other facilities were ok. The worst thing was noise. After 7pm all the bars get full and lotus own one or two. They prefer that business to the hotel they operate because no one can sleep until 1-2pm if they have a “pool view” room. The staff were very unfriendly, I’ve never had such experience in thailand. I felt like questioned by a customs officer, not a friendly receptionist. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The location is perfect for exploring around and little shops and staff was really nice. Depending on what you want for your trip to koh tao this resort was very loud at night so if you want to party it's perfect with being so close to everything but if you want to explore and be a little more chill I would recommend another.

Great resort & location, awful rooms”
The location is perfect right by the beach, and the resort it self with multiple swimming pools (one being of a decent depth 2.5 m) is also very nice. Value for money was beyond anything since the coupons you receive can get you everything from breakfast & drinks to massage and we got plenty of them even though we stayed only a few nights. So far so great. However! The rooms we received were straight up terrible. Located on the bottom floor around a dark, somewhat creepy bend - we were every time met with a TERRIBLE stench from a septic tank just outside the room, a smell that also followed you into the room whenever the door was opened. Not exactly somewhere you wanna bring home a date if you know what I mean. The rooms themselves were also subpar with rock hard beds, the weakest shower in history that was also located by the toilet (so if anyone showered in the last hours you cannot enter the bathroom without slippers or to get your feet wet). Too bad for such a great location.
