Very nice layout”
Pros: The apartment is really nice. Layout, cleanliness and the amenities in the room are new and good. Location is around 15mins walk to nearest mall. There is a busstop at the back to some popular landmarks. A Korean convenience store is just across the street. Cons: A lot of abandoned cars at the parking lot. Nearest MRT is about 20mins walk away. The condos next to it does not have a lot of occupants, making the area seems a little like dead town.

Perfect ”
Here have supermarket near by walking for 5 minutes. So that you can buy some food and cook at the apartment. In this apartment everything thing is prepared except toothbrush and toothpaste( which is acceptable ). And you can watch all kind of TV show at home ( Taiwan Korean China ...etc). The bed is very comfortable and clean. There have so much to say but anyway I will definitely recommend everyone to stay here

Space and modern place in a great location”
Louis Kienne Serviced Residences Havelock is on the quiet side of a central area. There are plenty of bus connections and the MRT is in walking distance (from 2021 even closer with a new line). You can walk to the trendy area of Tiong Bahru. Or you walk 5 minutes to the Park Connector to take a stroll along the Singapore River towards Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay or Boat Quay. Really enjoying our stay there. The one bedroom suite has one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The spacious living room has an open kitchenette, an attached bathroom an ensuite bathroom.

Budget 3 Days/2 Nights of Excellence”
The concierge staff were warm, attentive and very helpful. The accommodation & decor, a king-size bed with four comfortable pillows & a queen size sofa bed, was clean, modern & very comfortable with large windows and an electrically operated drop down blind. Hot showers no bathtubs, clean fresh towels, great housekeeping staff. Full functioning kitchenette to cook with plates, cups, glasses, cuttlery and utensils were clean. A Philips steam iron, ironing board and a safe were also provided. Coffee/tea, sugar & powdered creamer was available. A mobile cellphone for local calls is also provided FREE of charge subject to terms and conditions. There is FREE wi-fi and a LAN/Ethernet cable is also provided to guests. Housekeeping was wonderful. Via Agoda.com, Ringgit Malaysia 799. 00 was a rare bargain for a quality, very comfortable 3D/2N stay in central Singapore. I would return and recommend to all travellers. Super value and great stay”
This place is great. Really clean and the space was huge. Price was really reasonable as well. Location was central, but quiet as it was not by the main road. Didn’t use the pool, but it looks great!

Quiet resting place and feel comfort like home”
Walk 5 ~10mins around, that you can find the bus stop(s), easy to get everywhere. Room is comfortable and very enough for 2 ppl. Enjoy 1 bedroom with living room, 2 tv 2 air con, you can also do cooking with enough kitchenware. Walk 10 mins up that you can see food court and 7-11. If you wanna escape the crowd city at night, this is a quiet place for rest. Staff are kind with happy face, they are helpful and efficient. I will choose this hotel if I come to Singapore next time.

Very nice location. Spacious suite with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very clean. Kitchen fully equipped. Very comfortable beds. We can highly recommend this location in Singapore.

The room we had was great with study tables both in the bedroom and living room. 2 toilets and bathrooms also felt very luxurious and the room overall was welcoming and clean.

Wonderful experience in Singapore ”
Kind and helpful staff and outstanding accommodation. Only 10 dollars away from CBD by taxi and there’s is a big food court in 5 minutes walk. Would like to stay there again!

Very new building and smart use of space. Very helpful staff. Simple breakfast. Overall, for a group of 4-5, staying here is much better than getting a hotel room. Perfect stay!

Love the place. It’s quite convenient. Unfortunately, free bottled water is only for day 1. But it’s not a problem for us, ‘cause there’s 24hr 7eleven and Fairprice within minutes walk.

What we like: 1. The room- it was exactly as shown in the pictures; clean, stylish, modern, and comfy. When I first saw it, I immediately fell in love at the place. The kitchen, albeit smallish which I expected, got almost everything we need (hob, oven, dining utensils & cooking utensils, ref & fridge, water heater) except rice cooker which I expected they have but unfortunately, didn't. The room got 2 bathrooms but both small esp for 2 people who wanted to shower together. It got hair dryer, iron and a huge plus was a handy phone for internet which you can bring outside (but you can't connect the wifi to your phone for free tho). It also got a very big and super comfy bed that I love, and a big cabinet with dresser. The thing I like about the room is the huge window. I'm always a sucker for nice, big window views. 2. The location- situated at a quiet neighborhood, near the city center, I'd say this apt is simply just perfect for me and my husband who wanted a quiet place to stay. Closest MRT, Tiong Bahru, is just 7-10mins walk away (if you can find the shortcuts between the buildings), inside a mall with a grocery and lots of food shops to choose from. There's also a small grocery shop/restaurant across the street from the apt which operates 8am-10pm, my husband loves their drinks there. 3. The breakfast crew- although the breakfast was meh, we like how very helpful and friendly the staffs there who're always always willing to assist. 4. The vending machine outside the building which sells drinks and snacks. Very convenient for me and my husband. What we don't like: 1. The elevator- for about 24hrs one of their elevator broke down so we had to take the other one which takes quite long to wait, one time we're at the 6th floor where we stayed, the other elevator keeps evading our level (the buttons keep beeping) so we had to take the stairs down which I wasn't keen on since I wasn't feeling well. Thankfully after 24hrs both elevators were fixed. 2. There was no re

Really satisfied with our stay”
Stay there for 5 days, Rooms look just like pictures. Booked 2 interconnecting rooms however they gave us 4 doubles rooms due to overbooking. First day air-conditioning wasn't working properly but the staff took care of it nice and easy. Morning buffet was abundant, nice and lovely with the elderly staffs. Good rooftop pool. Staff's friendly and fast. Was Amazing!

Amazing Hotel”
I went with my wife and my mother in law. I booked two bedrooms with a little living room in the middle; which was really cheap but also spacious! It is your simple hotel that just provides enough for all of us to enjoy! It is a bit far from the city but they are building new transportation to get there even quicker so it is not even a problem!
