Served its purpose
Wanted a shower and a nap and got both. The rooms can be noisy at times but not a huge problem

Good for transit but expensive when compared with other air-side hotels.
Adequate for a quick transit. But expensive when compared with services at other air-side hotels around the world e.g. Dubai.

No problems
The room was clean, the supplied food was nice (and was 3 courses too with quite a few options). A good place to spend my transit, rather than sitting in the seats at the airport. FYI this hotel is located in the G section and my flight left from the C section which is a good 15 minute walk (and I walk fairly quickly) so make sure you allow for this time depending where you are flying from

Convenient for transit
My third stay here. Never had any problems. Check in was quick, room was clean, bathroom a bit tired. Meal was ok. It does get noisy at times.

Did the job
Long layover between flights on return to London. Expensive but did the job. Outward journey we stayed in a transit hotel at less cost. However, the time getting out of immigration and coming back into the airport wasn't great. Unless you are staying overnight or more, then the day rooms are more convenient but be prepared to pay a premium for what you get. Poor value for money.
