Just outside the busy town, Loui‘s Villa, named by the owners grandson, was the perfect spot to stay. Just after the warm and friendly welcome and after seeing the amazing rooms with either pool or garden view

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage”
Die Villa liegt in Laufweite zu den Innenstadt von Hoi An und grenzt an ein Waldstück an. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und groß und die Betten extrem bequem. Das Frühstück ist zwar etwas spärlich, allerdings macht das sehr aufmerksame Personal das wieder wett. Wir würden wieder hier buchen!

호이안 여행을 망치게 한 숙소”
싱글침대 2개+킹침대 1개가 있는 상품을 같은 방에 싱글침대 2개 or 킹침대 1개가 있는 상품보다 비싼 가격에 예약했지만 이 숙소의 여자직원은 알아듣기 힘든 영어로 우리가족을 보며 따뜻한 환영 대신 아동이 2명이니 간이침대 요금을 추가지불하라고 강요하여 체크인 하기 전 언쟁부터 했다. 내 아이들 나이가 5세 7세이니 무료숙박대상일 뿐 아니라 나는 침대 3개인 방을 결재했다고 예약확인서를 보여줬지만 그런 방은 없다고 무시당했고 결국 싱글침대 2개뿐인 방을 안내받았다. 아고다에 국제전화로 확인하니 숙소의 잘못이라고 해서 숙소에 다시 항의하자 아고다의 잘못이라고 해서 아고다에 이미 확인했고 숙소의 잘못이라는 답변을 들었다고 하자 그제서야 자기는 직원이어서 잘못이 없고 주인의 잘못이라고 한다. 수영장 물은 더러워보여서 이용할수 없었고 칫솔 등 비품은 이전 투숙객이 사용하고 남은 것들이며 문은 노후되고 비틀어져서 밖에서 안이 들여다보이고 나무로 만들어진 테이블 안에서 벌레가 나무를 갉아먹는 소리에 첫날부터 잠을 제대로 자지 못했다. 이 숙소의 직원들은 나에게 매우 비싼 투어상품을 권할 때 말고는 매우 불친절했고 다른 투숙객의 후기에 무료대여라는 자전거는 유료라고 했다. 이틀 숙박하는 동안 방청소 후 어매니티가 제대로 채워진 적이 없으며 하루는 청소 후 발코니 문을 활짝 열어놓아서 빈펄랜드를 갔다가 밤에 돌아오니 방에 도마뱀과 모기들이 돌아다녔다. 이런 숙소에서 3일이나 숙박하는 것이 가족에게 미안하여 결국 마지막 하루 숙박비를 포기하고 다른 숙소로 이동했다.

Phòng ở đây rất thoải mái, chị lễ tân và chú bảo vệ rất dễ thương, thân thiện. Không gian thoáng đãng và mình rất vui khi được ghé và nghĩ dưỡng tại đây.

Rất không hài lòng”
Giường rất rất bẩn, buồng phòng không thay giường cho khách vào ở à? Mình yêu cầu thay, được đưa cho drap mới nhưng vẫn có vết ố bẩn, ngay cả tấm lót ở dưới cũng bẩn, gối cũng bẩn. Tại sao vậy? Mình biết giá phòng rẻ nên không yêu cầu về dịch vụ tốt hay phòng phải tuyệt, nhưng đây ít nhất là điều cơ bản mà mọi cơ sở lưu trú phải làm tốt chứ nhỉ? Có yêu cầu phòng cao tầng, villa không sắp xếp được cũng chẳng báo luôn. Không cảm thấy sự hiếu khách của anh lễ tân. Chẳng có 1 lí do nào để chọn quay lại nơi này.
