Location is good and room is clean but old”
The location is good as there are many eateries and convenient stores like Family Mart, 7- eleven etc nearby. But it's about 10 mins car ride to the Chenghuan temple night market.
The staff were quite friendly and helpful. There were many channels on the cable tv. The carpark is very small which only allow 4 cars at a time. When we return late at night, we were told to park at a carpark nearby. We were given NT$300 to pay for the parking the next day. Free breakfast is Taiwanese porridge. Overall, it's value for money.

Location close to shops, restaurants, and comfortable bed
One thing I didn't like was a big step up from the bathroom area to the bedroom area. Easy walking distance to a large mall and several good restaurants.

good price. the receptionist was kind and friendly.
in general, it's pretty cost-effective. if you don't want to spend a big money and much time in hotel. it's a good place to choose. the room is clean and the location is in downtown.

Convenient location and friendly staff
Hotel location is easy access to public transport. It is near to the biggest shopping mall with free shuttle service to the train station. There are many nice and cheap eating places nearby.

This hotel i think will not come to visit any more. the breakfast was so poor, not enough to eat and so bad. Thus i went outside to eat. Also the room was not clean and safety. the distance is far away from transtation at least 8 minutes(fastest). Anyway, do not come!! the score i will give is 1.00

It's a small hotel and the facilities in the room is a bit old. The breakfast was not good and seems like nobody refill them so me and my friend didn't eat it. The hotel is not near the train station so the location is not very convenient either.

The front desk service is good and people are friendly. However, it is a little bit far from the city and not easy to find. The breakfast is good enough to fill your morning!

スタッフが大変親切だった、近くにはレストランが多い
あまり日本人は泊まらないみたいで、私たちが日本人とわかると英語のガイドブックや日本語のるるぶを貸してくれた。ホテルの近くにはおいしい餃子屋があり、泊まったらぜひ食べてみて欲しい。新竹は観光するところは少ないが、台湾の庶民の生活に触れることができた。

スタッフは親切
建物が古く、部屋もあまりきれいではなかったが、寝るだけだったので許容範囲。近くにコンビニもあり、朝食なども簡単に購入出来た。朝、タクシーを呼んでもらったが、電話で中々繋がらなかったので、おばさんのスタッフが一人だったが、街頭まで出て止めようとしてくれた。結局電話で呼ぶことができた。

お客さんはほぼ台湾の人か中国の人です。日本語ができないので、日本人の利用は少ないかと思います。この新竹から足を延ばして「北埔老街」へ行きました。 全て新竹客運（新竹駅にあるバス会社）を利用しました。2回乗り換え必要ですが、新竹中心部には、城隍庙以外あまり観光地がないので、時間がある人は「北埔老街」（客家の趣を残した小さなところ）まで行ってみてもいいかも。 新竹→竹東で乗り換え→北埔で下車。降りたところが「北埔老街」です。

食事の場所をいろいろ教えてくれました。
にぎやかな城隍庙へは少し遠かったので、タクシー（100元）で行きました。 こちらのホテルから徒歩5分でsogoへ行き、その前から新竹駅方面への無料バスが出ているそうです（11：00～）私たちは朝早かったので、乗っていませんが、駅方面へ行く人は便利かも。
