Very nice place and super cool staff ”
Place is very close to Sun moon lake national scenic area. If you are traveling by bus it's very convenient just less than 5 minutes walking distance. The guy at reception speaks very fluently in English which will be helpful if you are foreigner. We got early check in as room was ready when we reach there around 12 o'clock in the afternoon. Room was clean and everything as per satisfaction. Breakfast you can just inform about what and when you would like to have. Breakfast was good. I will recommend this place for my friends going there.

My room for sharing 4 persons with private bathroom ,very nice and clean.On the night only me stayed at the second flow.You can walk from bus stop to hotel just 2 minutes .Their staffs are very helpful some of them can speak English.

Awesome family suite”
Kids adore this suite. Hotel is located within walking distance from the small shopping section. 7-eleven and other restaurants are within walking area. It is also a walking distance to pier. Ou can rent bikes easily. There is a police station within walking distance too. However it swem to be closed at night. Breakfast is available at 60 yuan per person in the hotel. Decent food. A few spaces of parking available. Hotel is clean, good quality disposable towels provided.

Warmest, coziest stay ever! ”
Love Home Garden Inn is located about a comfortable 5-7minute walk away from Sun Moon Lake, which makes for a convenient night's sleep. Shops, restaurants, bus station & visitor centre also closeby. The service is most friendly! Owner is always smiling, patient and speaks good English. The staff are most accommodating despite not being 100% fluent in English. One of the girls insisted carrying my huge suitcase up three flights of stairs for me despite her being littler than me! Assistance with tours around the area also offered. Breakfast is served every morning from 8:00am-10:00am and is continually topped up. Selection includes a variety of steamed buns, yummy little sandwiches, toast, various spreads, soy bean milk, juice and tea. Room itself supplied with all basic amenities required for a comfortable stay, including a kettle and tea. Water urn on every level. Hair dryer and a perfect cosmetic mirror provided also. Decor clean and modern. Bathroom and toilet areas are see-through though so if you are staying with someone else make sure you are okay with them seeing you do what you have to do. Wi-fi only available in hotel lobby, which is decorated in a very homely manner— teddy bears and public fridge included Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Love Home. Even though there is no lake view, the value for what you are paying and getting is possibly much better than some of the lesser-conditioned hotels located right on the lakeside. Would definitely consider going back again!

the love home garden inn was just what we were looking for in our stay at sun moon lake. we were greeted by a friendly staff who were excited to make our stay pleasant. the room had a couch, which was nice after a long day of walking. the breakfast was handmade in the morning and included a nice selection of sandwiches, steamed buns, toast with various toppings, soy milk, tea, cranberry juice. the room had nice wood floors and were larger than other rooms we stayed in at taiwan.

Friendly Service ”
There is a free wi-fi at the first level of the 'Love Home Garden Inn'. It gives you a feeling of being home once again as the living environment and furnishing is clean and neat. The location is centralised as it is near the pier where you can take a boat ride to Sun Moon Lake. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful too. They help us carry the luggage up the steps to our rooms.

Homely Hotel with beautiful Landscaping”
Me and my friend had a nice and wonderful stay at this hotel that made you feel at home. A young lady at this hotel is so kind and nice as she not only helped us carried our lugggage to our room but also offered us "vouchers" to unlimited bus rides at sun moon lake. She told us that the vouchers were given to her by customers who can't use them as they have to leave the place. Thumb up to this kind young lady!

Good location and friendly staff ”
Our stay in love home garden was awesome. We were early for check in, their staff allowed us to check in early because there was room available. Without us asking, the staff offer help and give us suggestion on where to walk and the food to eat. It will be better if there were lift as we carry our luggage up the stairs although the staff offer help. The sound proofing is not very good and we were awake by other guest. And the toilet door was transparent! We did not realize till we check in, it was alright since my friend was also a lady. Other than that, the stay was awesome and the location is very good as it was very near to the bus bay. The price is not very expensive, good price for a good location and room. Really enjoyed the stay abd most probably will stay with them for the next trip!

Location is good, mystay was comfortable”
Location is good, near the pier and the bus station. Staff is friendly and helpful, and recommended where we should visit during our trip there. Room is cozy and comfortable, feels just like home! The only bad thing is that there is no elevator, which means you may have to lug your heavy luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs if you stay on the 3rd floor. However, the staff more than make up for this by offering to help carry our luggages. the modest room price also comes with free breakfast vouchers at the nearby cafes too. Will stay here again should I visit sun moon lake in the future. Highly recommended.

Great Boutique Hotel”
The location of this boutique hotel is excellent, only a short walk from the bus drop-off-point in Shuishe. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Even though I arrive early, when they were in the middle of breakfast, they were happy to take my bags and give me some guidance for my reference. It is a quaint place with a simple romantic vibe. This property is let down by the room. The main window has no drapes (despite all the other windows being covered by drapes). There may not be much a nitelife in Shuishe, but that doesn't mean I want to wake up at the crack of dawn to listen to babies and roosters screaming - this really has to be fixed. The aircon is also badly positioned and only cools one corner. As soon as I turned it off, the hot air migrated back into my corner, resulting in a restless sleep. The price was a bit high, but everything in Sun Moon Lake is overpriced because of frequent down days.

Lovely small hotel at a good location”
This hotel was at a convenient location just by the bus station of Sun Moon Lake Shuishe pier. While situated next to a road, wasn't bothered by cars passing - the windows keep noise out quite well. The rooms are of lovely Japanese style. Had good time at the hotel.

Great location but small rooms”
Room is small but that is to be expected for the price. Great staff. Dora explained the transportation system in Sun Moon Lake to us and how we could make our onward arrangements. Try to arrange for a room on the top floor. Otherwise, the sound of pounding feet from the floor above may drive you crazy.

near the sun moon lake visitor center. homely and cute room, but a bit small. not much space to put a lot of luggage. the toilet wall is made of glass, so it's see-through. might be uncomfortable for some people. other than that, quite a pleasant stay.

the "love home garden inn" has a good location to access the sun moon lake for sightseeing. the price is reasonable, but the room is kind of small for 4 people with double beds. the beds are not very comfortable either. they are too firm to sleep on. after all, it provides free breakfast and has a good location.

All you need for a relaxing evening in Shueshe”
the room was not huge but sun moon lake keeps you out of your hotel room most of the time so more space is not needed. the bed was comfortable with friendly service. breakfast was good with some fresh local assam tea but i would have also liked to see some fruit offered as well.

service: i was really impressive and comfortable that moment. when we arrived there. they came to visitor information center pick me up to there hotel and upgrade our room for free cuz they knew we was in honeymoon period. the last day, they gave us a surprise gift for celebrate our honeymoon. location: really good! close to the pier about 2 minute walk and easy to find local food. and close to bus station ,all activities center such as cycling just 5 minute walk. room: very clean, big,and good decoration even the hotel quite small but everything are reasonable price. and our room,it can see view the lake.

Comfortable short stay at Sun Moon Lake”
Convenient location, comfortable and clean environment. About 2 minutes walk to Shuishe Tourist Visitor Center . It's better to bring own towels as the hotel provide only paper towels. No fridge, wardrobe in the room. Room is not suitable for friends as there are no privacy when using the shower and toilet. Simple breakfast provided - Mos Burger. No lift, it will be quite tedious if you bring heavy luggage. Overall, I have enjoyed the stay. Will consider to stay again if I visit Sun Moon Lake again
