We stayed in a family room wt 1 queen + 1 single bed. Low rate for room cleanliness. Ceiling fan is dusty, thick dust. Windows & wall deco are dusty too. Curtain size didnt suit the window. Toilet bowl is dirty. Toilet floor mat is dirty. Room size is not suitable for 3 pax as it is too crowded. Overall, the management needs to look at detail room cleanliness.

Selected a room with window option but get a room with a window looking towards next building less than 5m away. No view to see. Check out out early in the morning but the reception couldn’t provided with the receipt because their printer is not working and they promised me to send the receipt thru emails. Gave them my email address but didn’t received the required receipt until today.

I booked the hotel so that i can sleep and rest for the night. i have class in a nearby university(UPSI). When i checked in, i want to have my shower. There was no water! When i go down the guy at the counter was very unhelpful and rude. i asked him why is this, he said he don't know. He never try to call the authorities, find a solution, call his manager or explain the situation. He just said he don't know. How rude! i told him i paid for my comfort. He told me to call agoda instead. He kept playing with his phone. He offer a stupid solution which is from my room on the 2nd floor to go down to ground floor using stairs just to take my shower! and its not a even toilet for shower, i need to sit beside the bowl just to take my shower using a pipe. i paid for that kind of stupid treatment. he never even said sorry to me, he didnt even care about his customer. he doesnt even want to work there i think. this is an awful place to stay, the stuff is rude and are not professional.

First room very dirty, I can see the linen dirty with fresh spotted sperm.I think steward has not change the linen.Somehow,after complaint the reception gave me another room and quite clean from the previous room.

Not satisfied about my stay here. 1) Mula-mula check in, okey. Dah masuk bilik, on tv tak boleh. Then, nak mandi towel pun tak ada 2) then my hubby perhi front desk utk tanya pasal tv and towel. Jawapannya, antena tv tak ada. Then, why in the first place bagi remote 🤔🤔 Lepas tu mintak towel baru bagi, katanya housekeeping lupa letak dlm bilik 3) bilik KOTOR! Celah katil ada gumpalan tisu, sampah and debu2. Selak langsir, ada tin air dan paket mi maggi tak berbuang 😢😢 4) tandas pun sama. Atas flush dan sinki, penuh debu dan habuk Tengok kat kaunter, hotel ni dapat Johan Hotel Terbersih daerah Muallim. Tp pengalaman kali ni lain pula 😔😔
