Great location and breakfast selection, old hotel”
Fantastic location just beside Big C (hypermarket) and opposite central world. Breakfast has a huge variety with variation daily. Easy to hail cab/Grab. Well equipped gym, nice indoor pool with jacuzzi. Disappointed with: 1) The crowd management at breakfast. Long wait when having breakfast. Can arrange for more seating maybe at lobby lounge area? 2) Limited lifts. As at time of stay, only 2 functioning lifts. Usually filled to the brim and very slow especially when both lifts serve over 20 levels, and when there are events. Should only do maintenance for 1 lift at a time. 3) Dusty carpets along corridor and in room. Wearing in room slippers is highly encouraged. 4) TV channel only has 1 movie channel and frequently cuts off. Check the cable connection frequently and consider subscribing to more movie channels. 5) Don't bother using the Wifi. Buy a cheap data plan and use that instead. 6) Cigarette smoke seeps into the room frequently. 7) More electrical plugs near the beds will be gd

Equipment and interior were quite old and cleaning wasn't enough. Room smelled like musty a bit, might be from air conditioner. Elevators working slow, probably not enough for high traffic hours.

Location is all it matters”
Multiple stays at this hotel due to its superb location to the usual places i frequent whenever i go Bangkok. Only downside is that only 2 out of 4 lifts working as the other 2 undergoing upgrade. During peak period you need to wait at least 10 mins go get down from 9th floor. Hope the lifts all work soon.

Maintained Quality & Good price”
Booked the hotel for my parents who recently went to Bangkok. They're happy with their stay, as the hotel being in a very strategic location now that skywalk has been built. Easy to walk to all the big malls in Siam as they are all connected through skywalk and you won't be lacking places to eat when you stay at this hotel. Really worth the price for the quality and the good location.

Dirty and Dusty but Good Location”
The hotel is near BTS & Big C. But it is old and dusty...My husband & i were afraid of bedbugs. Though we checked the bed, the whole room is just old looking and doesn't make me feel comfortable.

We were staying in a one room suite but the facilties seemed to be quite run-down. The light switch doesn't seem to be working well and the toilet seemed to not be able to flash well. Good location and value for money thou.

Great location. However rooms were run down with room door not being able to close properly and not 100% sound proof! It happens to have an overnight marathon event going on at centralworld opp.. we can hear the annoucement made by the organiser throughout the night from our rooms!! Restaurant staffs were not attentive and one was pretty rude to a boy next table when his parents were not around. bellhop guys were good and helpful though...

Very old hotel, room lights are so dim and housekeepers are unwilling to change bedsheet. Experience some unnatural event throughout the past 3 nights and it was too unbearable that we booked another hotel right away even though we have just 1 more night to go.

Basic facilities, nothing fanciful and quite a dated hotel. The room has a musky cigarette smell upon entering it, but dissipated when the aircon was switched on for a while. Location is perfect for those who like shopping. Right beside Big C Super Centre - an extremely popular large supermarket with most Thai food/snacks/condiment items you would like to buy from Bangkok.

As usual had a great stay at Arnoma Hotel. Request for a corner unit was granted with a nice view of Central World Shopping Mall across the road. Getting around the vicinity like pratunam area was very easy while staying at this hotel.

Aircon too cold”
Great location beside supermarket, opposite shopping malls and link bridge to all major malls. Near chitlom bts too. Super! Only thing is room on central aircon so cannot control temperature. It's too cold for us and had to wear wind breaker to sleep even though already wearing long sleeves and long pants. My friend got sick becos too cold.

The hotel has been around for quite some time hence can see the wear and tear in the interior. Staff are courteous and friendly. They were able to provide valuable information on travelling around alone.

I've been stay at this hotel for 17 years, each year I come to bkk for pray, I really don't expect much of this hotel but its location within walking distance to 4 faces Budha. but this time, I have to say good bye, note to hotel : 1. unfriendly front desk off 2. house keeping didn't make up our room despite our direct call to them 3. hard bed 4. with this value I spend at arnoma, I can get much better hotel in bkk

Majority of staff especially front desk cant speak nor understand english. Food not that good for a breskfast. Front desk did not inform us 1 day earlier that there will be a water interruption in the morning and my daughter is taking a bath already!!!

Location location location. My last trip I was upgraded, which was a nice gesture but did not know if its becoz I'm regular at this hotel for years. Electrical sockets in most rooms are not in good condition

Hotel Lift”
I had to wait for a very long time (about 5mins) to get on the lift. They have only 2 lifts for the whole building. Sometimes when the lift gets to our floor, it is full. So we had to wait for another one.

Some refurbishment required especially in tbe bathrooms. Big rooms and excellent A/C. Restaurant can get busy at peak times. Good choice of food. Only 2 elevators working so expect delays at peak times. Staff very helpful. Good value for money.

Hotel location is great. Lobby environment is reasonable but inside room are too old, has bad smell (Smell moldy). bed linen also look old. we recommend hotel owner to upgrade or renovate and change some items inside room to look and feel more hygienic.

Only 2 lifts working thus the waiting is long. Hotel is old though lobby looked nice. Room average, took us sometime to figure out how to on the lights. Kettle and hair dryer are old as well. Be careful when operate them.
