Nice view of the Hassan II Mosque”

The hotel had a good location, not far from the Mdina in Casablanca. The rooms were big and if you had a room on a higher floor facing the Hassan II Mosque, it was a perk. However the bathroom shower was not convenient as water would leak outside the bathtub causing the bathroom floor to flood. Also, the water smelled of strong chlorine. Service was good at times and confusing at at others. We asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport for four passengers and four big luggages, but the taxi that was arranged for us the next morning was far too small.

They provided me a room on first floor, from that floor it was so smelly, seems there was no fresh air ventilating, inside my room the bathroom was too terrible, the skin of the bathtub was peeling, I reserved a double room with 2 persons, how can they just provided us just one slippers, just one bottle of complimentary water? This is the worst la meridian I've ever been

Excellant staff, Food was excellent at at all the restaurants never needed reservation like they suggested, Beautiful nights. I have been to a lot of countries so got a lot to compare it to!! If you are going, then lucky you, enjoy!!

Nice hotel but a little tired looking”

Le Royal Mansour Meridien was a conveniently located hotel very large rooms however there was a smell of damp in the rooms and the bathrooms could certainly do with some renovations as the whole place albeit grand looked very tired.

The hotel has a tired look and is in need of refurbishment. The common corridors smell musty. The prices asked for additional services are high. Internet services are charged for use in the rooms even though in registering to use the service it is stated that they are free for e-mail use. Challenging the payment for the internet service was dealt with by the receptionist in an unacceptable way. He instructed the porter to retain our luggage until the bill was settled.

I enjoyed my stay at Le Royal Mansour Meredien Hotel in Casablanca. The room I was allocated was spacious and comfortable. I was tired from travelling, so was grateful there was a whole selection of TV channels to watch. There breakfast is fantastic, too. There was something for all tastes - both Moroccan and Western dishes. However, it is ridiculous that a hotel of this standard does not offer any complimentary bottled water!!!!
