Weekend Stay”
Stayed over a weekend, the area is quiet at that time since it is located on the business district. Need to take nearby public bus or MRT to the major shopping areas. Price quoted by Agoda includes breakfast, payable at the hotel. During check-in, my room type was upgraded by the hotel. However, during check-out I found out that breakfast was charged. Premier room with queen bed is spacious, bathroom is with tub and shower (but lack of cloth hanger inside the bathroom). Breakfast is OK (didn't try much items) and service can be improved e.g. to offer tea or coffee to the guest.

Lot of taxi driver don’t know this destination although near the Marina Bay (within 10mins by taxi). More suitable for business travelers.

Never come back . Housekeeper NEVER clean the glasses, and dust. I evern found lot of dust at a window corner. I sent requests that if they could clean all the in romm alcohol because we have toddler who may broke it when we not mention, the hotel NEVER notice my request. I also wrote a note (with tip) to housekeeper to ask them clean, you know the tip disappears but alcohol STILL THERE. The staff is friendly but they take lot of time to help because they busy in chit chat. Few years ago, my mother stay here then she got accident, Never want to come back again.

Could use extra pillows. Most hotels of same standards come with 4 pillows. Nobody will use those green sofa pillows as the casing look like never been changed. Lastly, put an extra waste bin in the room instead of just the bathroom only.

Great service and helpful staffs. Staffs are glad to provide help and smile at all time which is great. Room is clean, no good view as it is in the CBD (kinda). The hotel restaurant M2000 cafe is the worst I have ever been to in Singapore, terrible sushi, sea food was not fresh, staffs are not available at all time, enjoy the hotel, but do not ever try the restaurant even if with 90% discount. Hawker center will serve much better food than this place

We were treated like transparent when we were checking in. There’s isn’t any proper Q for check in at the lobby, and we were left unattended for quite awhile even though we Q in front of the counters. Other tourists who arrived later than us, were attended first. Don’t feel welcomed by the staffs from the treatment given to us. Utterly disappointed! M hotel should improve in this area. Overall room is nice.

The hotel is at the core business area, walking distance to subway station and walking distance or just 1-2 stop by MTR to tourist attraction i.e. china town. reasonable price consider all hotel price in Singapore are high. worth for money.

Location is abt 10min walk fm mrt station. Most food establishments around hotel closed during weekend. There's a 24 hour Mc & Mc Cafe, Coffee Bean and 10min walk to an Indian coffee shop. Jacuzzi at the pool side was nice & opened till 10pm. Gym was also enough for a workout. Staff can improve on their hospitality. Did not get warm welcome. They just did their jobs, matter of factly.

not a new hotel, but great location. friendly and helpful staff, with my special needs to have my expressed breast milk stored at the hotel's freezer. close to mrt and 7-11 & supermarket. nearby cafes and all. if u r looking for a quieter area of spore on the weekend, it's excellent because mainly it is a business area.

Excellent 3 day Stopover”
Hotel is situated in the business district of Singapore and as we had a weekend stopover, it was ideal and quiet during our visit. Walking distance to the MRT and only 2 stops from Sentosa Island. The rooms were large and had everything you needed. The breakfasts were excellent and the choice and amount was almost too much. We did not need to eat anything until later in the day!. The swimming pool and fitness room was excellent and pool towels issued by the pool itself. Plenty of lifts to accommodate all the hotel guests which is really good. 2 mins from a 24 hour convenience store and McCafe for those who may need something else. Recommended and good value for money

Location is very good if you are on a business trip since the hotel is located at the Central Business District. Not much flare, but sufficiently clean. Room utilities are adequately provided. I appreciated the Travel Pal device that they provided for free which gives you free calls (local and international) and mobile WiFi.

Value for money, about 5 mins walk to MRT station. Great location. There’s mall around and 24 hours MCD. Nice room, clean but aircond need service. The controller for aircond not working. Handy phone helped us especially since we had no data. The handy phone came with unlimited call and unlimited data

The hotel is clean and easy access to Lo Bat Sah and Maxwell Food Centre with walkable distance around 15-20 minutes. It is also very convenient to reach there from MRT too...McDonald and 7-Eleven with 24-hour services is nearby too.

Not recommended at all”
We stayed a night in their suite room. The korean lady at the counter was rude when I was doing the check in. Some areas of the bathroom were mouldy and a couple of tiles around the jacuzzi were about to fall off. The next morning, there was a long queue for breakfast. Totally disappointing. I had a much better experience at So Sofitel hotel that's nearby.

We had an extremely pleasant stay at M Hotel. We have been having a couple of staycations at M Hotel over the past year and have seen steady improvement in their service. They surprised us with a slice of cake (really unexpected!) and it was yummy too. Also, I really love their breakfast selection (not overly exaggerating, but a reasonable range). Will definitely return.

service getting worse”
This is my second stay at this hotel. My first stay was 6 years ago when I come for training. My experience of my first stay was amazing but this time was quite disappointing. After checked in, we need to take shower and attend wake at Punggol. Once my husband entered into bathroom, we realised there is no shower gel and shampoo. I made a call to their service desk and inform them there is no shower gel and shampoo provided. The hotel staff seems does not understand what am I talking about, however, he said he will inform housekeeping staff. After half hour, there is no one sending shower gel and shampoo. I called again and this time another staff attend the call. I told her this is my second call requesting for shampoo and shower gel. This lady apologise for the delay and telling me that she will ask housekeeping staff to send it to me immediately. Within 5 minutes, someone knock the door and then I realise second problem which is the small peeking window out of service. The hole was stucked with toilet papers. Anyhow, I opened the door and saw the housekeeping staff brought us two bottles of shampoos and shower gels. His face looks so unhappy and pass both items to me then turn away. Second issue was the carpark. The carpark using autopass. First when I go in, I tap my autopass before enter the carpark. When I leave the hotel, I go to concierge and asked if I manage to get complimentary parking as a guest of the hotel. He gave me a complimentary parking ticket then I went to my car and drive out. When we reach the barrier, I insert the ticket yet the barrier won't open. I pressed intercom button and one uncle answered. I explained what have I done and he told me I didn't register my autopass when I drive in. Hence, he open the barrier for me. Settled. When I check out the next day, I asked concierge staff again. He ask me to insert the ticket and then tap my autopass. Hence, I drive to the exit and insert my ticket. Ticket inserted and coming out again. I

Love this hotel a lot. The breakfast was good. The room was very good. Everything was very good. I will be back to stay there next year. Thank you for having me M Hotel. :)

Good location, big room”
Happy with our stay, very spacious room for the 2 of us. Breakfast was OK, but the service was quite poor, can be improved.
