We had roaches in our room!!😡 The service at the restaurant was very poor!! They were slow, never came back to check on you., you had to find them to get our check, the portions of the food was small.

stayed here before location is good central to most things has a large swimming pool and gym which was the reason I booked the staff where very friendly especially the manager willing to help with any problems would always stay here when I return to manila a very good hotel for the money.

Great staff, poorly maintained facilities”
First of all, let me commend the staff for being more than helpful. They were also friendly and appeared to be liking what they were doing. But it is an old hotel that lacked proper maintenance and management. You can see, feel, and even smell it. Musty carpets with odd smelling rooms, faulty aircon remote control, old beds, and the worst - a cockroach in the toilet area. Service elevators are old and grimy, walls with chipped paint, and dim and odd smelling lobby. I was here some good 8 years ago and it was so much better than. I was expecting the same but was very disappointed.

Nice older hotel. Decent sized rooms. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff. Subway, McDonald’s and Jollibee within 30 second walk. Empty fridge so fill it up and not worry. Aircon worked well. Would recommend cos good value and great staff.

The place is average but clean. The view is good on 15th flr. Food is good but not so much varieties and buffet is available on lunch. Breakfast included ala carte. We have 2 rooms book for 4N3D for our kids and they enjoy so far swimming on 9th flr. Just a bit noisy beside our room as if they having a party and loitering in the hallway as if they are not in hotel; i can say inconsiderate people. Its good location for us as we just staying to be near to CCP for our daughter ballet show as we live far. Free parking though not so pleasant at first but as I cime amd go I got used to it. Rooms dont have internet and no hair blow dry. In our room tv sometimes flicker. Staffs were very good and courteous. Rooms aircon is so cold but outside hallway and elevator were not. Near convenient stores and fastfood and have restaurant in ground flr. Crowded area in rush hour. Hot and cold shower works properly with complete soap and shampoo items. No elect. kettle but you cam ask concierge.

The entire hotel was third/fourth rate. It was way beyond 'tired', it was scruffy and unkempt. Carpets were grimy, almost 'sticky' and paintwork was peeling. Not a mistake to repeat!!!

So easy to get to from united.nations light train station, also can walk to museums, Rizal Park and Intramuros. The facilities need updating. Gym especially.. they do have a small outdoor pool and a quirky elevator that has a lift attendant in it, "going down sir" 😄😄

It's an old hotel. Front desk located in the 9th flr. The staff are great but the elevators smell. There were little cockroaches in the lavatory. So if you just want a place to sleep the hotel will do. And I got it at p1864.00(gross) a night at agoda.

Female receptionists are SUPLADA.”
We noticed that female receptionists are more accomodating with foreigners. We stayed on the 16th floor and saw some cockcroaches in our room and even their maintenance saw them so he transfered us to another room, but still with cockcroahes, only that night they sprayed our room, aaaahhhhh!!! and the smell was very strong....Then the follwing morning when we requested to clean our room, they transferred us again to another room because according to them they will fix the flooring of our room. My goodness!!! We thought they improved already, because this was not the first time we stayed here.

promise to assist my mom but never happen taxi is late and cost 950 pesos . Grab taxi just cost 217 pesos .!!!!! So disappointed !i almost trust them .

booked for taxi a week before flight cost 950 for 10am but taxi arrived at 10:45. So disgusted !!!! Never ever come back to this hotel .

Disappointing”
The staff here were very friendly and helpful and that's just about the positive points of this hotel. It is an extremely dated building (both exterior and interior) and i encountered cockroaches in my room on several occasions, despite being there for only 1 night. It is desperately in need of an upgrade. I would not stay here again.
