The location is really good, close to the metro station, also close to the shopping areas, museums and other attractions. Staff was friendly and they communicated well in English, that's a good adding point. The room was clean, cozy. I recommend this hotel for everybody.
Awesome location, helpful staff”
We really enjoyed staying here. The location and area is great, we could walk to many things including the louvre and Notre dame. The staff was very kind and accommodating to us. We would definitely stay there again.
Great location and friendly staff!”
I was there for 3 nights, the staff there were so nice no matter the gal in morning shift or the man in night shift. Location is great, galleries and cafe nearby, 2-3 minutes walk to Metro station. I was on the 3rd floor which is quiet and room was cozy and bigger than I expected.
The hotel room smelled really bad. They took copies of our passports. They had one key that did not work and we had to leave it on the front desk if we were to go out. We took a cab to the Paris Hilton Opera and did not stay at the hotel. We did not feel safe.
Can't beat this location and the Staff are top notch.”
This little hotel is close to everything important. Including the Louvre, Notre Dame and the Eiffel tower. All are walking distance, noting that the Eiffel tower is a bit longer of a walk say 30-40 min. The area (6th Arrondissement) St Germain is THE neighbourhood to stay in. There are a ton of quaint shops, galleries, patisseries and restaurants all over the place. Many are closed in August so keep that in mind for your travel dates. Every one we visited we loved and would go to again. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They were great at letting us know which tourist items were worth our while and which were not. Directions to all our destinations and help with restaurant bookings. Everyone was a delight to communicate with. We decided not to take up on the breakfast at the hotel, preferring to visit a different café or restaurant everyday. The room was quite small, but the bed was a KING (bonus in Europe). Our windows we opened wide and we got a good dose of fresh air and lovely noise from the street below, we loved it. However, the noise was a bit much in the evenings and while trying to sleep. I use ear plugs while traveling so this was a non-issue for me, but if you are a light sleeper and can't do ear plugs I recommend asking for a room in the interior or back side. The bathroom was simple and small, water pressure was not awesome, but its Paris! There was an installed hairdryer that I had my skepticisms about, but it did the job and in good time too. Also in the room was complementary water, coffee, tea, kettle and a safe. We would stay again for sure.
Location: excellent. Front desk personnel: personable, helpful, and polished. Rooms, hallways, and public spaces: very clean. Decor: cool. Value: Little pricey but you get what you pay for. I heartily recommend Prince De Conti Hotel.
Best of Paris ”
Just the most helpful staff we ever encountered. We had to take care of some urgent business in USA. They printed and scanned documents for us. They made phone calls printed naps whatever we needed. The hotel is just so close to everything we are coming back. Thanks
over-priced but nice stay”
frankly, the hotel looks like boutique hotel but is actually a mid-budget small size inn. location is really good, if you don't want to stay in right bank with busy tourists. Cleaness is acceptable and what surprise me is the water boiler and mineral water.
Most enjoyable stay”
Very comfortable hotel with a Parisienne flavour. Easy walking distance to major attractions and public transport. Staff were attentive and helpful. Restaurants and markets were close by. Would definitely return.
Convenient, bijou hotel with helpfull staff”
We were two couples staying in two of the superior rooms on the fourth floor front. Rooms were clean, pleasantly chic in the french style, certainly adequate in size for a brief stay. The towels were changed each of our two days and the mini bar topped up. The buffet breakfast was substantial in its offering (including hot scrambled egg and bacon) and all the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. They booked cabs for us which arrived dead on time and were very clean and comfortable. Only consideration....quite noisy traffic during day with windows open but if you leave the air con ticking over whilst you're out, you can close the windows at night and all is fine. Overall a very good, sensibly priced, stylish hotel for a short stay.
Satisfactory and Unique Hotel”
Satisfactory. Booked the suite room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. Room was like a small 1 bed apartment, sitting room has a sofa bed for 2, bathroom with a very unusual jaquzzi, additional bedroom with double bed. Unusual trendy design but lacking dequate light. Price a bit high but thats Paris.
Fantastic location good value”
Our stay was fantastic so close to the Louvre and other places of interest all within walking distance. The area had great restaurants just minutes away. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size (for Paris) clean and comfortable could do with a little update but we were out most of the time. Worth every penny for convenience alone.
Very pleasant stay in a quaint left bank hotel”
Very pleasant stay. The ground-floor deluxe room was nicely appointed and large for a Parisian hotel, with a large bathroom containing a jacuzzi. There were a few slight issues with the room (toilet door does not close at all, we had continual problems with the safe, and for some reason, the wifi is limited to only two devices). At night, we could unfortunately hear the goings-on in reception until quite late. Perhaps something can be done to insulate against that.
Best location, close to all major sights”
Located near major sights, with excellent restaurants and bars all around. Within minutes of hotel you are in lively area with street vibe and music. Lots of small art galleries around giving the area a bohemian feel. The hotel itself is located in a quiet side street but very close to the Seine. We had a lovely - but small room at the back opening onto a court yard. This was very nice to be able to sit outside and have a coffee. The bathroom had excellent fittings with a spa bath and shower. The buffet breakfast was very good with selection of fresh fruit, juice, cereals, yoghurt, bread and pastries as well as bacon and eggs, cold meat and cheese.
We were very happy with the location of the hotel as it is near Louvre and all the other attractions in Paris. However, thats all that was great about the hotel because the internet service was bad, carpets had a musky smell and staff was not very friendly. We are ok with the negatives though because we were always out of the hotel.
Great loction and great room”
Had a wonderful time. Good breakfast, good location. But staff was not very helpful especially with calling taxi in/out hotel, and the door wasnot always attended which can be quite annoying when you come back from your activity at night. Breakfast was great and the room condition was great
Location perfect to walk to some major attractions”
Loved the atmosphere of the area of the hotel. Lovely streets of restaurants and stalls close by. River at the end of the block and easy walking access to the Louvre, Notre Dame and bus tours. Walk is about 2 blocks, if this is too far, stay at a bigger hotel and catch a taxi. Plenty of restaurants close by and wonderful daily life in the streets.
Cute little hotel in a great location”
Paris has plenty of hotels and choosing one was difficult but we found the Prince De Conti Hotel to be excellent value for money in a really central location, with friendly staff. Definately recommend this place.
The hotel is small with 4 rooms per floor.A bit shabby but quaint. Located on a narrow street close to the Pont Neuf and Latin Quarter. 10 euro taxi ride from Gare Lyon, main train station. Short walk to metro. Plenty of good, cheap restaurants in the area. Room is quiet and standard size for Paris. Bed is double not Queen size. Bathroom was small but adequate. Breakfast is 14 euro pp but we ate out. WiFi is 15 euro for 10 Hrs via Orange.
Adorable rooms in a great location”
I stayed here with a friend while we were studying abroad in Spain. It was the best choice in accomidations I made during my trips to other countries. The location was awesome (we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see). The staff was also very helpful and spoke English well. It seemed to be mostly couples, so it was quiet and relaxing. We had a very enjoyable time!
