          Pls remove this property from Agoda is horrible ”

          Poor experience We have had a most disappointing experience with regard to this guesthouse. Upon arrival, we couldn’t be sure if we had arrived at the correct location. There were no signs bearing the name of the guesthouse and the surrounding lawn was in an unkempt state. We knocked on the doors but no one answered. Thinking that we might have went to the wrong place, we set off towards another location with the same name about half an hour away, as indicated by apple maps, only to realise there were no guesthouses in the vicinity. We then dialled the number provided in the booking, and the staff reassured us that the original location is indeed correct. We made the journey back, and one of their staff arrived after a short wait. It turned out that the doors were unlocked, and there were rubbish strewn around on the first storey. We caught sight of the other rooms and it appeared no one had cleaned up after the previous guests had left. The staff showed us to our room on the

          多年前入住過一次，當時稱為"花沐星境"，感覺超棒，老闆夫妻也招待得很好。 但這次再入住，已經改名為"綠野國度"，超失望，不會再推薦。 抵達後，接待處沒人。 致電給對方說5分鐘到，但卻等了超過15分鐘。 對方出現後，竟然說忘了關閉網路訂房，所以建議把我們調到其他民宿。 但因為我們沒交通，對方於是說"那你們還是住這裡吧" 更令人生氣的是，早餐沒提供就算了。 隔天一早約定對方8點半，安排車子載我們到青青草原，我們願意付車費； 怎知對方竟然沒出現，手機也沒接... 喜歡這地方的環境，但服務太令人失望了...

          我沒住過這麼雷的民宿”

          我是與朋友住四人房，只給兩條毛巾加三個牙刷，棉被有很霉的霉味，重點來了，早餐時間7-9點，我們8點過去菜幾乎都沒了也沒打算補，工作人員態度真的沒有很積極，而且最後吃完最後一片吐司才發現吐司發霉超噁心（有拍照存證）跟服務員反應他也只是淡淡說了一句不好意思就沒了？我從沒住過這麼糟糕的民宿，從沒評價過一間民宿，這間真的是很差。

          價格雖然便宜 但..”

          這次因為要去山上支援KOM 所以臨時在AGODA尋找能在清境住上一晚CP值高的民宿 雖然價格便宜 服務人員也很熱情 但是可能因為是在山上 所以房間的棉被覺得有點濕氣的味道 而且進入民宿一小段的產業道路在晚上開的時候開得心驚膽戰,出入不是很方便 總體來說有點小失望
