Highly recommend this hotel if you want to be closed to all the temples such as Wat Pho, Grand Palace and Wat Arun. Walking distance from Khaosan road which offers a lot of restaurants and bars to grab some food. Very accommodating staff and the front desk were so good to let us print our flight tickets for free. Kinda far from the bts station but there’s a 3min walk bus stop that will bring you to the city center for a cheaper price than taxi. Will definitely stay here on mu next bangkok trip. its alot quieter than the other places thats smack in the middle of khao san, its quite hidden but its so cosy comfy , clean and nice - its walking distance to all the happening drinking places at nights etc If i would head back around khao san road ill stay here again for sure..

The room we were set to had some issue with the power points. I’ve requested the receptionist to check however he sent 2 housekeepers to check. The housekeepers were really patient and helpful although after the checking it turned out the power points were really not functioning. So they had given us new room with window. We had really nice stay there! Also, the place is really easily accessed to many historical buildings, food (also halal food) and night market ✨

Incorrect Location”
Booked Lucky House with a group of friends. Upon arival, was told by the security guard that lucky house is closed and we need to go to D&D inn hotel. D&D hotel was fine, the check inn process was smooth and we didn't have to pay anything extra. The problem was that I booked lucky house because it had a car park, D&D inn does not. I had to park at a nearby parking garage which cost me more than the room itself. Please change this listing so others don't have to go through the same thing.

In fact, the room charge was inexpensive, so i did not hope so much for the guest house. But the location was so good, and the facility and cleaniness also was good. The free breakfast was so good and healthful. The front desk manager and all the staff in Lucky house are also very nice! I want to recommend it for anyone who want to travel in Bangkok nearby Khaosan Road with lower expense. Anyway, i will stay there once again if i visit Bangkok next time!!!

Fit our needs just fine”
lucky was a good deal in the khaosan area. it had hot water, wifi in the lobby, and aircon which our prior hotel charged a lot more for or didnt offer at all. the staff were neither friendly nor rude. i think there is a karaoke on the floor beneath the hotel because bad, loud music was blaring till quite late - but with earplugs it wasnt a problem. there was nothing charming about the hotel, but i don't think most people come to khaosan to hang out in their room, right?

Satisfying for the money”
For the given price, i am quite satisfied with the room. It has all basic needs, plus private bathroom with hot water. Good air conditioner, also has TV. A bit downside is the music from bar in khaosan road played very loud. We can still heard the sound even from inside the room.. Even then, i would still booked the room in Lucky House whenever i visit Bangkok.

Convenient, cheap price, good facility”
With a cheap price, Lucky House is quite a good place to stay. It's located on Chakkapong Rd, only 1 minute walk to either Khaosan Rd or nearest bus station, and there's always taxi or tuk-tuk parking near by. There's also a 7-11 store across the street where you can get everything you need, very convenient. The rooms may not as big as they appear in pictures, but very clean, equipped with hot water, Wi-Fi and really strong air conditioner (I had to turn it off sometimes it got too cold), you might want to check if the TV works well too. On the other hand they charge very high deposit for the room key and towel.

Very good location, best value for money ”
We booked for 4 days and end up staying 5. The hotel is very clean, including bedroom, bathroom and commom areas. It is really close to khaosan rd but far enough for not hearing all the house from the street. Their reception is 24h and staff is always friendly. It is cheaper to book online and has the best value we could see in this area. Would recommend it to all my friends and family!

We came back to Lucky House when we returned to Bangkok, because of its great location near Khao San Rd, and the availablity of all transport options nearby. If you are looking for something super affordable and are not picky about staying somewhere flash, then this is perfect for you. Clean, but cheap.

Clean and honest hetel”
The room was so clean that I had a good sleep. They change bed sheets and blanks for every check-in. The hotel is just around Khaosan Road that you can easily get there. In the room we could enjoy Wifi a lot. I will stay at this hotel whenever I visit Bangkok.

Nice budget guesthouse, not so far from party”
I like how the guesthouse is so effordable and so close to the main road. If you think you want to explore the night and have a big party on Khaosarn Road, you will need a room not so far from the scene. Lucky house is the answer. The room is small, but it has air-conditioner and nice bathroom.

Last night in Thailand before going home.”
I booked this hotel because it was one of the cheapest available. I was only staying for one night and had left if to the day to book. All the mid-range priced hotels looke really crappy, but all the nicer ones were really expensive. I decided since it was one night I may as well go for the cheapest. When I got there I was so pleasantly surprised. The photos on the internet made it look pretty average but when I got there, it had a lovely entrance way and 24 hour service desk. It was really easy to find because I literally got dropped off about 20m away by the public bus from the airport. The woman at the desk was really helpful and answered all my questions about transport to the airport the next day. When I got to my room, I found it had a window, a large bathroom, was towards the back of the hotel so was relatively quiet, and the TV, internet and aircon worked far better than many of the places I had been paying more to stay in for weeks. Most importantly, the white sheets were absoutely spotless and the bathroom was impeccable. When I went to get food, Khao San road was right there offering its usual good bars, street food, and excellent shopping. Some of the best money I spent in the two months I was travelling around Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
