Room was clean. Hotel situated on the main road, lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast not the buffet style. Room rates reasonable. I had a pleasant stay though. Will be come back again to this hotel on my next visit to Phu Quoc.

If you are going to the cable car & Vinpearl Land, stay here for the free shuttle bus service. The bus will stop in front of the hotel, this is so convenient. You also can purchase the ticket from the reception, they can arrange to call for the shuttle bus. There are many restaurants (Recommend for Jumbo buffet for their fresh seafood), massage shops (Recommend for Phoenix, just 20M from the hotel, service & massage is good), cafe (Recommend for Anba Cafe for their nice environment), mart (Recommend for King Kong for cheaper price and more varieties). You can also rent a motorbike from the hotel and petrol station is just opposite the road. Order your breakfast in advance with the reception. There is a time limit, so don't miss it. Recommend for their seafood rice noodle! The staffs are friendly to assist. But on the last day, one of the staff claimed their towel missing. This is very bad as one lady remembered wrongly and caused us for being blame wrongly. I seriously dislike it!

I had a mountain view room means i can see mountain on right side from middle and ocean over the hotel building across the road. Good enough. One thing i want you make sure is... check breakfast included. It may helps press meal deal on agora. (Small trick applied by operator) I am not the only one who didnt have breakfast included. Affordable distance from the busiest town and safety. Ok anyway..

Positiv: Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu. Dementsprechend ist die Einrichtung absolut sauber und neuwertig. Negativ: Die Putzfrau nervte uns immer schon gegen 8 Uhr morgens um unser Zimmer zu reinigen. Die anderen Räume wurden mit erhöhter Lautstärke gereinigt. Das Zimmer hatte kein Safe. Wäsche waschen ist dort recht teuer. Der Atm vor der Tür funktionierte nicht mit Kreditkarten.

去年に引き続き宿泊しました 相変わらずコスパと場所が便利すぎです。 基本的に悪い所はないのですが、wifiが混雑しはじめると、とんでもなく低速になって使いものにならなくなります。 simでテザリング飛ばした方が、ぶっちぎりで早いくらいでした。

フロントの女性のスタッフにフーコックのことをいろいろと質問させていただいたのですが、にこやかに丁寧に対応していただきました。スタッフの方は総じて感じが良いです。ホテルは海に面してはいませんが、近くの通りを入ったところからビーチへ行くことができます。建物は新しそうです。また泊まりたいホテルです。
