Very good”
Room was fine, broken fridge and other misc things broken i.e. plug sockets, but it was comfortable so no issues there. The en suite was not very clean, but again didn't prove to be much of an issue. 5 or 10 minute taxi away from downtown. There are more central places to stay within district 1. However the staff were friendly, and I enjoyed staying here. Was very noisy in the mornings though due to nearby work. Thin walls.

Good location, small hotel but nice room”
I stayed in this hotel many times. I feel very comfortable. The room is nice, good price but toilet have smell sometimes. The staffs is friendly but sometimes they disturbed by knocking the door suddenly to ask somethings. :D However, will stay and recommend friends to stay in this hotel.

Arrived at the hotel around 1pm but was told that my room wasn't ready and it will be after 3pm but it was stated in Agoda check in time is after 12pm so... that's a huge setback for me. Room was very spacious and so is the toilet in the room. Amazingly clean and there's a huge horizontal mirror just beside the bed so couple can see themselves when they "sleep". Overall I think its money well spent here.

Dirty, poor location, not friendly”
One of the dirtiest rooms I've ever stayed in. It obviously hadn't been cleaned (used shampoo packets in shower, dirty floor, questionable bed sheet) and there were ants everywhere when we came in. The window curtains were broken (when you pulled on them, the whole thing fell down), the windows wouldn't shut properly, the balcony door didn't lock, and there was no toilet paper. But there was a fridge in the room with lots of cold drinks (at a price). Unfortunately, we'd paid through Agoda for 4 nights already, so we stayed a very long 4 nights. During that time, the room wasn't cleaned once. The staff spoke no English, which is fine for us, but they weren't friendly. We seemed to be the only ones staying there, and there were a lot of well-dressed ladies out front at night, so I wonder what kind of hotel it really is... It's near lots of restaurants and cafes, but that's true for anywhere in HCMC. Would not recommend. It's far from the center, but not much quieter, and you can get such a better deal elsewhere. Keep looking.

You get what you pay for .....”
Easy to find, staff were friendly, fair size room with balcony. Clean comfortable bed. The rooms could do with a bit of maintenance, sink hanging off wall, electric sockets loose and balcony chairs falling apart... But overall had a pleasant stay and for this price was better than expected.

Staff were nice, as are many Viets. Very slow elevator that sometimes did not work. Only 2 modems for top floor lower floor and reception. No hot water unless you ask them to turn it on. Room was okay for 2 star.

The title basically. The room was nice and big same with bathroom. Staff were very unfriendly and were young people who seemed to not care. Especially the girls. Our room wasn't cleaned once even though it was stated on agoda.

The toiket needs a gravity fed drain and shower doors need repair. Service okay but room needs a good clean especially under the bed

A dive in the middle of the action”
Extremely dirty place where housekeeping did a poor job, only cold water in the shower, and the A/C wouldn't go above 25°. The only saving grace is this is a cheap option right in the heart of the Distract 1 and 3 boarders.

Noisy and smelly one,”
The internet connection was so weak, bedroom and toilet aren't cleaned as showed up on page. The hostel is located at a corner which is very crowd anytime. My felling is that probably nobody take care of the room and the facility.

Air conditioner did not work. Light was not enough. Even I needed to change room and payed extra money but the new room also terrible. Hot water machine was noisy and worked terrible. staff did not listen to complaints.

Petit Hôtel très sympa au nord du premier arrondissement. Très bon rapport qualité prix, chambres petites mais propres, et équipées de TV, climatisation et mini frigo. Seul bémol: pas toujours de gens parlant anglais à l'accueil, donc à la moindre question, on vous passe quelqu'un qui parle anglais...par téléphone.

Nicht optimale Lage wie man meint, Stadtzentrum ist ca. 3km entfernt. Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Insgesamt ok.
