A guest room unlike any other, our hotel-style accommodation has a dark color scheme that creates a sophisticated atmosphere. Located near the Shin-Osaka station, the elegant room features one single bed and one double bed for couples or a family of up to three people. There are a total of 11 rooms at the property for larger groups traveling together, and we pride ourselves on providing a quality accommodations and great service. Also included in the guest room is a kitchenette with tea and coffee, balcony, TV and desk area, and a three-piece unit bath. We are happy to store your luggage in the room before check-in and in a storage room on the ninth floor after check-out and can also rent strollers for families with children.     “Not worth the money ”

    Apartment is super small, no space to walk (note: it says can accommodate up to 3 pax) however, it looks more like it can only accommodate 2 pax max. knocked my knee against the edge of bed frame while trying to make my way to the bathroom, had a big bruise and was swollen for days. No space to store luggage, had difficulties retrieving our toiletries/clothings from the luggage. We had to shift the chairs around that was placed near the bed in order to make space for walking. Not recommended if you are traveling in groups of 3. Ended up my friends and I had to source and booked another hotel because the apartment is tiny and it’s so inconvenient.

    “Good location and affordability ”

    Pros: Location is good, walking distance from the metro and train station. Price is relatively reasonable considering the location and layout of the room. Storage of luggages is much appreciated. Owner is relatively quick to respond to complaint and request. Cons: Toilet is very small and it is hard to control the water temperature. The toilet seat does not come with Japanese standard cleaning system (water spray). Lastly, the room was very dusty when we first checked in. The owner got it cleaned after we informed him about it.

    “Living in an apartment”

    The space is small , for three person is quite a squeeze. Location is good not too far from the station. Unfortunately the bed was bit of a problem. the mattress seems to be within a bed frame, and we were feeling the wood frame. Otherwise the facilities are well though out, there is a small cooking area for food and microwave for heating up food. the information booklet was very good. they need to improve on the bed and it will be a recommendation

    룸 깨끗하고 편안하지만, 소음이 조금 있고 좁습니다. 원룸 같은 상태에 오밀조밀한 기분 느낄 수 있어요
