best 5 star hostel”
the dorm even with 16 pax but you don't feel it's packed. the room itself is very big and with private bath room and toilet for each dorm room. clean and comfortable stay. for the staffs, they are extremely helpful and kind. I have joined the tour to visit the tribe village trekking and it's awesome. I will definitely visit again when I come to Sapa. all the staffs are really helpful and friendly to accommodate any help they can do for you. With this price I really hope the guest will offer some tips in the tips box to encourage the young guy and young girl who are working very hard to make everyone feel it's your home in Sapa. well done and thanks!! you all give me a great impression of Sapa. cam on!

Valued stay!”
15 mins walk from the lake to uphill hostel. Not good for location of raining but you can still enjoy the view uphill. Breakfast was good with variety to choose. The lobby was cosy. I stayed in upper level of bunk bed, the room and bed were clean and tidy. All the staffs were very nice to offer help. The girl staff helped me to book the tickets for round trips of tram and cable car to fansipan , the price was much cheaper than buying in tram station. The boy staff even helped to drive me from hostel to tram station by motorbike. It was great experience for me! No hesitation for booking this hostel, you would enjoy it.

Brand new hostel.”
This was the nicest, newest hostel I have stayed in. The beds in the dorm were comfy but had no privacy curtains. The bathroom/showers were great, clean and always hot water. They give you a new towel every day too. There is also a great place to chill on the roof. The staff was good but their English is pretty limited, still as helpful as can be. Breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location isn’t super close to town...maybe a 10-15 min walk which wasn’t bad.

Best value for money in sapa”
Clean and comfortable except no locker. Location is bit far from town centre. Check in is 2pm and check out is 9am as told by the reception who is the only one that speak good English.

Good but better to do a homestay in Sapa”
Nice place and the rooms are really nice as well as the showers, although the bed are quite hard Breakfast is decent but isn't included through Agoda Laundry service is available but they mix up peoples clothes so check you have all your items (happened to multiple people while I was there) You cannot check-in early, even if they have told you that you can. It was nice but I wish I had done a homestay as I missed out on the authentic experience of Sapa and lots of people said the homestays were the best part of their trip.

The most western one”
Everything is new, very clean and it has a big communal area where meet other people. It feels to be in a western hostel, the best I have been in Vietnam so far. Not a Vietnam feeling at all. Food for vegetarians has an affordable price for quantity and quality. Staff very welcoming and good english level. Reccomended.

Great place to stay on a budget”
I had a great stay at the hostel. They have everything you need and everything is very clean. Super fast laundry service and they offer a good variety of tours and are very helpful with any sort of questions. It’s a little bit further from the city center but therefore very quiet.

Over-rated hostel”
Pros: -Clean bed, blanket and bathroom. - Friendly and helpful staff who speaks English (only one speaks well though). - Privacy curtains. - Basic yet delicious breakfast (add 50k dong). Cons: - Insufficient and small lockers- some beds are without lockers (esp the 2 beds near the windows). - Beds are hard (though I didn't mind as ai don't have a back issue). - Pillows are too thin (this I mind as I had neckache after sleeping on it). - Floors are not cleaned regularly. I saw the same crushed bug in the evening since morning. There was a spider and it's web near the aircon. - Body soap in the bathroom and hand soap above the sink were not replenished even though it's almost depleted. Surely replenishing it isn't too hard a task. - My first day towel was white and clean. However my 2nd day towel had a yellow stain. - 15 min walk from the main buzz in town. You might think that's alright as you can burn some calories. But imagine having to walk down and up a 15 min slope everytime you head out for a meal. - I saved the worst for last. They implement a card slot system to turn on or off the electricity. This is ok if it's a private room, but not for a dorm. I was about to bath when a lady took her card off the slot and left the room. Suddenly all electricity and lights were cut. I had to rush out (not yet entirely naked thankfully) to find my card and slot in for the power to resume. The same thing would happen when I took my card off the slot and left the room. What were they thinking when they implement such system? May I suggest them to use a main card to power on instead of our cards? Imagine someone doing his business in the toilet halfway, and suddenly the entire room black out.

lugar tranquilo ”
Lugar tranquilo, barato y en muy buena ubicación. Si quieres dormir y que nadie te moleste, este es el lugar. El hostel tiene cero vibras y no es un buen lugar para conocer gente si estas viajando solo
