amazing but pricey”

rented for family coming out and accommodation made it feel like a once in a lifetime trip…stunning villa…location was amazing and kayaks were a bonus…everything was working (was slightly worried about this due to recent reviews)…Umar was great and helped with any issues we had
it is quite expensive but is worth it…only issue was kitchen bin is too small if large group is staying…the outside bin is emptied daily so not much of an issue..we were told cleaners would come daily but never saw them and for the price I’d expected maybe a mid week clean and top up of toiletries…however wasn’t a massive issue

-The welcoming staff “Umar” &amp; his availability at any time to answer your inquiries &amp; help. -The customer service in general before - clean villa &amp; pool - safety &amp; security - every thing was available in kitchen just bring your food. - bath &amp; pool towels available - comfortable beds Certainly, will recommend for friends &amp; visit back !
- the insurance amount is too high that you have to consider &amp; wait patiently until refunded. - the garbage bin is too small for stay use &amp; no additional garbage bags available.

Pool sink was broken &amp; has a hall that both my sisters injured their feet. Garage door was not closing, and the villa door from garage side does not have keys. 2 bedrooms &amp; dinning AC was not cooling first day that AC maintenance came to fix, we couldnt enjoy our time &amp; privacy

location
when I arrived, housekeeping was still going on and supervisor was not there yet. I had to wait for 1 hour till they finish… Garden was not clean. Pool is not maintained and some pool tiles are missing; my son got injured in the pool because of the sharp edges of the tiles… The supervisor has no sense of hospitality… 2 kayak are available in the premises but with big cracks, so it’s not safe to use them… the villa is not well maintained… their staff have big attitude issues…

1. One of the neighbors are very rude 2. Some beds rooms don&#39;t have keys, therefore there is no privacy. Also the main room have a gap in the main door so any one can peek. 3. Main room AC is not cooling properly.
