We Love Luxeview”
My boyfriend and I stayed at LuxeView Hotel this December. My partner made all our trip arrangements and I was initially hesitant to agree to book a hotel that is quite distant to the centre. But upon reaching the hotel, especially our room, I realized that this is the kind of vacation that we have imagined when we were planning our getaway. The room is very spacious and we did not need to worry about cramping the room with our luggage and the view from the bedroom and balcony is priceless! There is also a free shuttle available for specific times when you can hitch a ride going to the D’Mall centre. We were lucky because the kite boarding season in Bulabog just started so we get to watch the colourful kites from our bedroom. We rarely even opt to go out of the room as it was already too hot and noisy at the white beach. Breakfast is really tasty and the staff and crew are always helpful and friendly. I will recommend it to everyone, especially those who wish to have a quiet and relaxing vacation in Boracay. Who knows, we might come back next year and try to learn how to kite board! AMAZING HOTEL, MORE AMAZING CHARLOT!!!”
We are totally satisfied with our stay at the hotel with our 2 years old son, but before the hotel compliments I'd like to mention the most amazing hotel staff I've ever met, her name is Charlot Viray. I suggest you to keep this name noted, if you want your stay pleasant. She does everything she's responsible for perfectly and she does may be 10 times more than that for the things that totally she doesn't have to do. She helps any problem that you are having about your stay, your holiday arrangements etc. before and during your stay. I would like to tell them one by one but it will take a looonng time to write. Thank you Charlot!!! The hotel was brand new and well furnished. Very suitable for family stay. The hotel staff also new and may be a little inexperienced(except Charlot) but all were lovely and giving their best and that's what it counts for us. All rooms has great beach view. There is no elevator but it didn't disturb us at all. As the hotel's slogan we burned calories. The hotel is a little far from White beach and D'Mall but they have shuttle to drive you there. It takes 5 minutes by drive and 15 minutes by walk to reach to White Beach. If you are interested about water sports, this hotel well located for you. Because the water sports arranged at Bulabog beach which is in front of the hotel and you wake up towards to it every morning. We love the hotel and definitely will come back, also recommend to our friend. The only possibility we change this hotel at our next stay; if Charlot move to another hotel and asks us to come there. That's the only way, otherwise we are yours Luxeview. Budget friendly, Strongly recommended!!!

Great Hotel with the most friendly staff”
We loved our stay in LuxeView. The hotel is located at the Bulabog beach, which is the Kitesurfing beach. But it is still not really far away from White Beach. There is a free shuttle to D-Mall from 9am to 10pm. No specific schedule, it drives always when someone requests it. Walking to White Beach is easy and takes approx 10minutes. The location is really calm, nothing noise-making around. Breakfast is great (no buffet) and the staff the most friendly ever. The rooms are huge with a nice balcony facing the beach. Rooms are apartment like with a living room. The only "drawback" could be the missing elevator, but that was ok for us.

Pleasant stay there”
Pleasant stay there, breakfast is delicious, nice view from balcony but you need stay at 3-4th floor. Room are very large, especially suitable for family stay. Wifi provided and super fast. You can enjoy nice sunrise view from LuxeView Hotel. And you can rent motorbike or bicycle there if you wanna travel around the island. There is free transportation provided by the hotel, which can take you D-Mall area. The only thing I want to complain is that it is too noisy in the morning as many roosters and dogs around. You will be wake up around 5 am, but it is ok if you wanna enjoy nice sunrise at the beach.

Comfortable and beautiful view”
LuxeView had really attentive and friendly staff. It was a nice place away from the crowd. However, you would need to arrange transport with the hotel to get to the main shopping/walking area at D-mall which is along the white beach. The hotel is closest to Bulabog beach which is not really a place for walking.

We are definitely well taken care of during our 3 nights stay here. The rooms are true to the pics on Agoda. The staff are friendly who are invaluable and so helpful to help coordinate all our activities. Though not located in the most strategic location in station 2 and 1, Luxeview provide a homely stay away from the buzz and crowds for a good rest. There were absolutely no issues getting to and fro Dmall and Station 2 with e free shuttle service available at every 15min interval. In addition, It provides a good view for sunrise from the rooftop. The only qualm could be the stairs especially if you have heavy luggages(no lifts available) but the staff are ever ready and proactive to help carry the luggages to your rooms. No doubt It's a hotel We will return to.

Large Rooms, Ocean Views, Friendly Staff Service”
The hotel is situated on the east side of the island, about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful White Beach. Bulabog beach, in front of the hotel, is mainly used for water sports, particularly for sail boarding. Grace checked us in and assigned us to room 15 on the fourth and highest floor. Grace is awesome! So kind and willing to do anything to make you comfortable. She escorted us to room 15 and Greg (the staff driver) assisted with the luggage. It is a bit of a climb to the fourth floor, but the view is worth it. The property is a converted condo project. The rooms are very spacious, though sparsely furnished. The entrance to this room is a kitchen area with a table and four chairs. There is a storage closet, shelving area, small refrigerator used as a mini bar, a sink and countertop. A living area with a chair and small sofa sit in front of the wall mounted flat panel television. The bedroom has a large window with spectacular ocean views in front of the queen size bed. There is a balcony outside the bedroom with two chairs. The shower-only bathroom offers adequate water pressure. The shower has a small water heating unit for limited hot water. It is fitted with a western toilet with sprayer. We initially did not have any bathroom toiletries, and had to ask if soap and shampoo was provided. Grace gladly accommodated our request. In addition, the bath had only two towels and a bath math. Hand towels and washcloths are not furnished. The hotel is next to a residential home with chickens, roosters and dogs, so expect some animal noise at various times during the day, night and early morning. Breakfast was included in our rate and there are a number of breakfast selections made to order on the breakfast menu in the open air restaurant. The restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. The food was very good and reasonably priced.

Quiet spot by the beach”
Loved my stay in Luxeview. The staffs were friendly and nice. The room was clean and simple. Awesome view of Bulabog beach from the balcony. At night u can see stars in the sky. Breakfast was limited choice but the portions were big. No free coffee or tea which was a first for me staying in any hotel. Room door lock needs some work on it. But overall, it was worth it and I had great stay in Boracay.

Awesome stay, nothing much to ask for”
The staffs at Luxeview are extremely friendly and helpful. Free shuttle service is available daily till 10pm. Their room with beach view is amazing, my husband and i managed to catch sunrise. Although breakfast choices are limited but with the price and spacious of each room, i will definitely come back to stay =)

Super place with friendly staff, good to come back to a quiet home from all the beach noises”
A bit secluded away from the big discos and crowds of Borcay white sand beach, this place is perfect for travelers who want to have the option to party (15min walk to the white sand beach, 25 when drunk) but also to rest (very quiet at night and peaceful). The rooms are more like small appartements, we were very surprised to see how spacious and well equipped the room was. All the rooms they have are facing the ocean and you have your private balcony, you will wake up with the sunrise directly from your bed (if I could post a picture here i would, it was so beautiful). Their breakfast is great and they offer a free shuttle service to the other side of the island if you don't feel like walking. Staff is very helpful and friendly as well. it's probably one of the best addresses in Boracay

Spacious room and value for money!”
Generally a great experience! Pros: The sofa bed is very comfortable and the decor of the room is simple and relaxing. Room is spacious like a mini suite that can accomodate a family of 5. Ordered in room service and the food served is delicious, especially at such affordable price. Free shuttle service is also available to and fro Dmall. Staff are polite. Cons: Beach view was not that great as our room was located towards the end of the Bulabog beach and view was blocked by trees and buildings. Balcony is not that clean as well so we did not spend much time there. Room and bedding is clean, but we did spot many ants and a dead cockroach, probably as it's very near to the beach.

The best hotel i've ever stay!!!!”
I've stayed in hennan lagoon, hey jude, uptown hotel & here while i've in boracay. And Station 2 is little bit expensive as u know. But i guaranteed for staying in here. Staff is sooooo friendly and kind. Plus, when u woke up, u can see the best of sunset in ur life.!!!!! They also run shuttle bus for free and if u need anything, u can just ask them first. Im gonna stay here if i would go to boracay.

Comfort sacrificed for the minimalism idea.”
This hotel is proud about its "minimalist design”. Minimalist design means large, empty rooms with high ceilings and little furniture. That’s what you get. But the bathroom is so cramped and tiny, only one person can enter at a time. You have very, very small bathroom and two very unnecessary large rooms with lot of empty space. Why? Why comfort is sacrificed for the minimalism idea? You have so much empty space, why not make bathroom little bit larger. Rooms are new but very ascetic, bare and while I understand the minimalism, the overall feeling was not of minimalism but abandonment. There’s no attention to detail. Minimalism got out of hand, when in a kitchen area there is not a single piece of cutlery, not even a glass to pour some water! Imagine 10 cupboards and drawers, all empty. Why make that kitchen area if there’s nothing there? It’s not like I will bring glassware with me on my trip to Boracay. Hotel is well built, great sound proofing. Location is great. It’s on surfing beach and just 5-10 minute walk to d-mall and party beach. The internet is slow, 300 msec ping with 5-10% packet loss, which means you will often get timeouts and broken connections. Wifi access point is at the front of the building, you will have problem accessing Wifi in living room. Good in bedroom. On top floors Internet is even worse. While excuse may be that Internet on Boracay is generally bad, other hotels have better connections, with 30msec ping and almost no loss. Staff is friendly, however reception area is occupied about 50% of time, and you have to go to cafe to find receptionist hanging there. We enjoyed our free pickup from jetty terminal. We had a deluxe room with free bikes which is a great way to explore the island. However bikes wasn’t built for medium or tall height person and was uncomfortable to ride for long periods of time.

Cozy Huge Room”
I love my stay in Luxe View Hotel. The view is really amazing. Far from the party scene Boracay. No noise, you can really relax to the fullest. I would love to stay here again in my nex visit in Boracay. I can't move on with the coziness of the room. The interior is very manly. And I was right, it was owned by a Filipino gentleman. 🇵🇭

A nice break from White Beach”
We came here after hearing about the place from some people we met in Boracay. It was a nice change of pace from White Beach with the gorgeous view of the sunrise, quiet, large room, comfy bed, and the feel of being in an apartment instead of a small room. The staff were really friendly and the free shuttle to D Mall was super convenient!

First impression lasts”
It was a pleasant stay even if we only stayed there for a night. Their rooms showcases minimalism and simplicity and very spacious. It commands a good vantage view of the bulabog beach. Their staff are friendly and find ways in accomodating your requests. The owner is very friendly too. Though areas of oppty are (1) wifi is a bit slow especially if your staying on the higher floors (2) food is not that special (3) the staff at the kitchen did not meet the basic customer experience expectations.

Wonderful Stay”
The hotel is on the opposite side of the strip, it's a bit hard to get there and the way is a bit narrow.. trike price is usually around 75-100php depending on the driver and if you have someone foreign, expect it to be a bit high. The free breakfast is good, but that is all they serve - they don't have a functioning restaurant for dinner, snacks or even lunch, there is a good hidden restaurant next door though (ba da way) and they serve good food just a bit pricey. The staff is okay, the room though is immaculately clean and spacious and the best part about luxe view is the view! You do not get to see the sunset on this side of the island but you do get to see an amazing sunrise! I woke up early am to adjust the AC temp and was just amazed at the view in front of me - the sun painted the sky orange with this wonderful rays of golden orange. It was such a treat! If you do not mind being away from all the buzz and to pay $3 one way to get to the center of everything, this is the place to be! We stayed for 4 days, and it was worth it!

If you're looking for privacy and away from Boracay crowd, this is a good choice. I love the spacious room and the modern touch. View is nice too. They also provide shuttles to and from the white beach. Really good stay.
