This luxury one bedroom apartment is located right across the Ayala Center Mall. It is walking distance to great dining and shopping within the city's primary business district. The apartment is centrally located and is accessible to all modes of transportation being a stone's throw away from a transport terminal. Taxis, Uber and Grab cars are available 24 hours a day. If you want to be close to the main activities the city has to offer, this is it in Cebu! The one bedroom apartment is a spacious 60 sq meters, with a full functioning kitchen, a dining area and a utility room equipped with a washer and dryer. The property has an outdoor pool, gym and sauna and a patio where the guests can relax and enjoy the amenities.

Saved our mini vacay. ”

Easy working with the condo contact. Very prompt in replying to requests for additional information. Condo was well supplied with day to day necessities. Worked with us for early bag dropoff. Our first night was train wreck. Location is great as you can walk to the Ayala Mall in less than 5 minutes. Look forward to staying here again when our travels bring us back to Cebu
