Great location but the service was really bad to say the least. Firstly, our room was taken by someone else so we didn't have a room to stay on our 1st day, on the 2nd day the room was arranged but was not cleaned properly and we had to clean it ourselves just to get a peace of mind, its also not mantained well with broken things in the room, we only received towel on the last day when we were leaving the following day. Horrible experience!!!

THere was no shower door in the main bed ensuit, so shower couldnt be used, no plugs for basins, and kitchen sink. Balcony was used to pile old carpets, among other junk. Some lights didnt work. The worst part was that the location indicated on Adoga's website is totally incorrect and very far off. After booking I requested directions, and realised the apartment was on the furtherest side of Umhlanga, and not as indicated on the website. I emailed requested a cancellation and refund 15 minutes after booking, only to be advised that I would not receive a refund. I mailed Adoga's customer care with my complaint, and am yet to receive a reply.

Would stay here again. I am usually a fussy guest and am particular about cleanliness. The apartment was well maintained and serviced daily. Found it a bit too small for 2 young kids but adequate given we only stayed 2 nights. Only problem was that an entire panel of the shower door was missing - would have rated higher if not for this.

Unit owner not accessible”
The self catering unit did nit have cooking utensils and pots, we booked for board and breakfast for 8 days, but the hotel said they cannot serve us breakfast before they can confirm with the unit owner, who did not pick up his phonefor the whole 8 days so we had no breakfast which we paid for. Disappointed!
