The location was ideal for our trip, just near to everything we need. The staffs were friendly, the check in details was sent to us within hours after we booked this place! The instruction was very clear and they were also helpful to answer questions throughout the process. Would go back again!

Good location, bad facilities”
We selected the place based on location, which was very convenient. But we were quite disappointed with the actual unit which wasn't well maintained. They promised a washing machine, which wasn't there. After complaining, they took our clothes to the laundromat for a free wash. Then the sofa set was missing legs and cushioning, so we couldn't sit on it. The iron was black and there was a burnt smell when we turned it on, so that couldn't be used either. During our stay, both bidets burst when not in use. We couldn't have proper showers in the master bathroom either, since the water is so hot despite not turning on the heater. There are also signs of water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom. There were also cockroaches in the master bedroom on several nights, so we had to buy an insect spray to keep them at bay. The entry and exit into the lifts were also confusing, and half the time, only one lift was in operation. If the place has been trashed by the previous guests, then it is only right that it isn't rented out to others until the issues have been fixed. This was sadly not the case.

The unit is nice, is a private unit and the lift is safely for each level and unit. Overall is good, only the air conditioner and ceiling fan need to clean every 1 month. All 5 units Is full of dust and ceiling fan also full of dust. Is not good for guests staying with all dust air conditioners and fan in the house.

I'm satisfied with this apartment, easy check in/ out. However, there is always room to improve. Eg, mirror in every room or at least in the master bedroom. Toothbrush holder in every toilet. Another thing, we have very bad experience with guards at the pool. it's normal the kids splashing in the pool and that area is meant to be wet. The guard scolded my kids and for me it is unacceptable. We do know manners, obviously we will control our kids if they misbehaved, but we don't expect our kids cannot have fun in the pool. Other than that everything was fabulous!

The unit is spacious and comfortable.. well equiped but not enough plates and cutleries in the kitchen. More improvement needed for cleanliness because the unit was left for a year ( inform the staff)
