NO HEATING- NO HOT WATER FOR 24HRS”

oven is not working. no lift for the apartment, only extreme high stairs. no interested assistance for the big problem we had to experience.. from 18 saturday evening upto 16 of sunday afternoon NO HEATING AND NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. owner was enjoying his weekend and agency was not able to solve matter in time. ikea furnitures cannot be considered LUXURY ITEMS.
