Very big house. Can accomodate more than 10person. Cleanliness poor. Did not provide towel. Water dispenser faulty. Water heater faulty in master bedroom. Glasses which were kept in the kitchen cabinet drawer not clean. Even the cabinet itself was smelly. Found used diapers in the master bedroom sink cabinet and was very smelly. When feedback to the agent, no response. He just ignored my text. Big house but not well maintained especially cleanliness. Doesn't worth the price that i paid. During checkout i cleared my own trash out of courtesy and responsibility. Location address was not same as shown in agoda map when i booked. When arrived at location shown, was wrong address. When contacted agent he forwarded 2 different location which was wrong as well. After multiple attempt to contact agent, he answered and provided me the actual address. Overall was not a good experience and disappointed with their poor service. But i like the location which is near to ST ANNE'S CHURCH.

Rumah selesa untuk family yg besar & juga sesuai untuk ada anak anak kecil. Tak terlalu besar untuk risaukan anak anak kita bermain. Cuma tilam ada lebih banyak tapi bantal tak cukup. Kerusi meja makan rosak dua, air panas toilet main room tak function. Apa pun rumah ni memang bersih dan overall ok untuk stay, luas besar & selesa! Ada pool besar jugak, dewasa pun boleh mandi sekali. 9/10🌟
