Free Airport Transfer”
Just a 10mins walk from the airport and we had no trouble searching for it (provided you have a google map). I love how they provide free airport transfer as we had an early flight, saving us the trouble to look for taxi. Would recommend only if you're having a long layover in HCM and need a decent place to sleep in.

The description and photos of this accommodation might be at least 10 year old! No maintenance or regular cleaning has been done since then. The room smelled very bad.

Very clean and comfortable airport hotel. Airport about a 10-15 minute walk from hotel, though hotel does provide a complementary shuttle to the airport. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Awesome location”
I needed to rest between flights, as sleeping in airports is not often any fun. Love the free pick up service, made things very easy when I arrived late at night and extremely exhausted. Just needed to have a hot shower and get some rest before the next leg of my journey, and this fit the bill perfectly. Unfortunately, I did not get to try their breakfast, as had to leave again very early the next morning, but at least I was rested by then.

MEGA REGRET!”
Throughout the pre-arrival communication, all seems good and relatively positive despite having read some bad reviews..
Airport transfers were great.. drivers and front desk were friendly and nice...
SHOCK OF MY START OF TRAVEL... when I open the door to my room.. it was actually OCCUPIED!!! GOSH!!! Apparently one of the staff/member had utilised the room and in bed sleeping.. Proceeded back to front desk to request for change of room, instead of changing, the staff had vacated the room for me WITHOUT SHEETS BEING CHANGED!!!
As I'll be departing early, merely a 4-5hrs in bed/room, I had given in.. well, at least the bed was tidied..
Just when I thought things will get better.. SPOTTED A GECKO IN THE ROOM! GROSS TO THE MAX! At this point, really regretted not paying just wee bit more for a more reputable sleep...
All through the night, the toilet ceiling board was dripping (or rather drizzling) away.. noisy.. mouldy...
No hot water for shower, imagine a cold shower at 5am...

It Has Potential”
The good: Location. Friendly staff. Free airport pick up. Construction design (marble tiles in bathroom; walls newly painted; new furniture)
The very bad: Hair on bed, pillows, floor, and clumps of hair in shower drain. Pillow cases are shams, giving thought that they are not changed regularly. Spoon for coffee was still dirty from previous use. Rug by bathroom stained and dirty.
If they hire a better cleaning staff, this place would have potential.

Value for Money and clean”
My family and I were transiting at Ho Chin Minh for 10 hours and had book this hotel for resting. The hotel is quite clean and they also provide Airport transfer which is definitely convenient for the tourists.

Good value for stop over”
We stayed here for a stopover night at SGN airport. It is about a 10 min walk from the domestic terminal.
The staff were very nice, it was good value and it was fine for a short stop.
The towels weren't clean, and the bed cloths are questionable - no duvet or sheets, so not sure how much they wash them. The bed was super hard and squeaky, but we slept ok.
The room was big with a huge fridge/freezer and bathroom was basic but fine.
Would recommend for a stopover night, but not sure it would be super good long term

We always listen to and consider every customers' comments that help us know what we need to improve more and more.
However, we would like to explain something to you as well as our other customers to avoid any misunderstanding there.
First of all, our beds are design according to Vietnamese style. But we think they are so strange to foreigners. Therefore we provide extra bed sheets. When our customers check in, our receptionist will tell them if they need anything else, they just ask us to provide. Moreover, on each floor, there is a group of staff who are willing to do anything to meet our customers' demand. As soon as you ask them about anything, they will try to meet your demand immediately. We mean if you ask them to provide bed sheets, they will give you more.
About the towels, we make sure they are clean and new!!!
We are so thankful for your using and comments about our services.

Perfect location for HCMC international airport ”
I used google map and walked from airport to the hotel. It was not 5 min walk but easy enough to reach. The staff was v nice, cooperative n friendly. The hotel staff can pick u up from airport also if Inform them 24 hours earlier n drop is also provided. The facilities are just ok. U pay the price for location and friendly reception...

For repairing next-travel at 12.40 noon on day. So I booked and contact to hotel One day early to explaint my condition : check in at 5.30 am - check out at 11.30 am on day. It' s meant just used room 5 hour for full charge as a day to take a rest, because i really tired and my family too. Can I?
They confirmed YOU CAN AFTER THREE TIMES I ASKED
And then They welcome guests with a big noisy when They have a big contruction, without sorry words
