    We got there and the building was deserted.. the name on the building was correct. Do not book this place!!

    Worst experience no cooperation frm staff ”

    Staff v rude Unhygeine hotel V v v poor breakfast...intact u get better in 2 star property . Ac in lobby dnt work in summer n they make u wait in lobby for check in till 2pm inspite they have empty rooms

    Great Location”

    This was in a great location, very close to the BTS. There were some problems, though. We were supposed to check in at 2; we did not all check in until 4. They knew we were there, as we had dropped our luggage off earlier in the day. We were very disappointed to have to wait another two hours; the lobby was extremely hot! They advertise being a handicap accessible hotel, but the room bathrooms, pool, and breakfast areas were not accessible. Our wheelchair bound person was not able to shower because there was only a bathtub and she had no way to access a bathtub. We could not eat breakfast together because the breakfast eating area was not accessible, nor was she able to go to the pool. Getting in and out of the hotel was also very difficult, as it was a very small space, with the ash tray can blocking part of the already small ramp space. Housekeeping also threw a pair of pants away, or stole them. Being so close to the BTS was huge, though!

    Value for $”

    20mins walking distance. Red light spot location. Manager in charge is totally not a friendly and attitude problem handling guest enquiry. In room not provided slipper, no face tower, no tissue papers, baththub was choked. I’d the first time booked this hotel and also last time for this hotel.

    Very good”

    The hotel is in a great location right in the new mall district of bangkok. Accessible to the MRT and BTS from this location. The hotel regarding space, hospitality and cleanliness and style was very good.

    Hidden gem”

    Just off sukumvit and right near Emquartier and Phrom Phong malls. A small soi offsshoots another soi where it doesnt seem much to start with the hotel entrance but the hotel inside was very very nice.

    Fair value, large room”

    The room was comfortable but the shower/bath had stick-on wallpaper and water ran onto the floor. There was a scheduled power failure one morning and the emergency exit stairs were a shocker! Narrow rough stairs, unmarked detour on the second floor and the emergency lights don't work. Dangerous in a real emergency.

    Great location. staff/service with big rooms.”

    I want a good hotel, super location with near access to shopping, nightlife, and restaurants but more important the BTS/MRT this is the place. Nice staff, big rooms even if they are a bit old. The breakfast lacked too much for me but I am picky. Why pay for huge reception and things when can live good and safes 2.000 baht what others charge for the same quality.

    I have booked this hotel with you many times . It has had several names beginning with Regency park ,Check inn regency park and now aspira . Each time something disappears hand towels, porters. Coffee no tissues. Its location is excellent and the rooms large. I was there last July and now staff are different i did not see a ny Indian guests a surprise because i was told last time it was owbed by an Indoab company

    Very unfriendly staff - who obviously don’t want to be there. 2 star Not 4. Breakfast poor.”

    Thought it was a bargain. 4 star for 1000b but alas very poor and one of the worst I’ve been to - and I’ve been to many. Breakfast area filthy and staff unhelpful when no towels in the room. 5 hours and 3 phone calls later towels arrive. God! What a poor outfit!!

    The worst nightmare ”

    It was super bad service, the manager was so impolite, the room was so dirty it was a big mistake to stay in this hotel!!!! Nobody say hello or smile to you like the other hotel at Sukhumvit areas..... never again

    Everything fine but the price.”

    Have stayed here before, with no major problems, but only booked here this time because I was late in booking a room for New Year'sand many places were full. this hotel is fine, with a good crew on the evening shift, clean (but housekeeping slow -- shorthanded because of the holidays, I guess), and quiet. The only problem is the price is too high, but that may be the way things are during the holidays.

    Happy with my stay”

    I was very happy with most things. Like in many hotels in Thailand there seems to be a lack of maintenance. The room had some scars, but nothing that was destroying or even affecting my stay. The staff was good the facilities and location are perfect for me.

    Nice location”

    Nice location on soi22. Breakfast was good. Rooms were good and spacious. Bathrooms well maintained. Good lobby and well maintained garden. Stayed for 4 days with 3 rooms , 208,209and 214.It was a peaceful stay and would visit again for sure.

    Living in a cave”

    Two things stop me using again. The room is v dark like living in a cave no matter how bright the day. The breakfast is of poor quality. The staff are very nice and helpful...

    The hotel was very good and the facilities are good. Friendly staff and very helpful. ”

    The facilities like pool and sauna is excellent. The koi pond in secluded area is the best for reading and just relaxing. Love this place.

    Good Value”

    I like that affordable places like this are available. Great location. Large room. My bathrooom needed to be ‘rehabed as there were ceiling stains but my friends room didn’t have the same issue. All in all I’d recommend this place. Staff helpful. I give it a B + which is just fine!

    Disappointing at Best-Stay else where”

    Three years ago this was a great place and value.It has gone down hill significantly. This is a 3 start at Most but with 2 star facilities, staff, quality control. The only compliment is that the Sauna is excellent and Pool is very small but nice... management Policy to close exercise room Poll and sauna t 19:00(7PM) is very un-customer friendly.Looks like new management is jacking up the daily rate and cutting cost everywhere( quality , maintenance, cleanliness) it can to squeeze more profit from this location. Recommend you stay unless you can get $B800 rate vs the 20-2200 they ask for
