    Very convenient, right next to Pavillion, and in the central of Bukit Bintang.”

    Very convenient as it is right next to Pavillian. However, the hotel can do with a bit of updating. It is clean, and bed is comfortable. The breakfast is ok. There are some minor issues, found hairs on clean towel and tv kept going off and need to be reset, which is not very convenient.

    Great location”

    My second time staying here; love the fact that it is conveniently located next to Pavilion and few other shopping complexes, the rooms were spacious and the staffs were friendly. However, this time, the bath tub and electric kettle was not clean to use. Other than that, I've had a pleasant stay at Grand Millennium.

    Good hotel with nice staff”

    The hotel is perfectly situated in Bukit Bintang almost next door to the Pavilion Mall. The rooms are a high standard for a very reasonable price. The staff are great and very friendly. It is the hotel my company uses for business but, if I am in KL st my own expense I use it too.

    Ants in Grand Deluxe room”

    Everything is good and I have came back to stay at this hotel time and again. Staffs are friendly and location is good with walking distance to Pavillion KL. However this round I'm a little disappointed that there are ants at different parts of the room - the work desk, the coffee/drinks cabinet and also inside the bathroom. I hope the hotel can maintain the room cleanliness better.

    Great Location”

    Room deluxe was not ready even at 6pm and had to wait 45 mins for them to decide to give me the upgrade. Upgraded to the higher floor club room but with no club privileges so in effect just the same room I booked but wasted 45mins. If you don’t have the booked room available just upgrade automatically. The steam room was not working properly and the sauna was out of order. The health club facilities looking rather shabby.

    Everything was fine except the shower. The water is crazy! It will go cold, warm and suddenly Hot! Its hard to shower coz you got to pause when the water is hot.

    Club floor was excellent!”

    Truly enjoyed the benefits that came with the club floor. The drinks and food served during evening cocktails at the club lounge was good! Many choices of food available. However, it be great if there is a drinks menu so we would know what type of drinks are being served.

    Great Location”

    Took check in staff to get me a room in 50 mins. Lobby cafe staff got me of the seat for not buying anything from the cafe even though the lobby was full with group checkin. Didn’t bother trying the food at the hotel .

    This is the place to stay if you love shopping and fine dining. ”

    The staff here is fabulous!! Omar, guest service manager, was first class, and so was his team. Lily, Fatin, Amir, Maliki, Hafiza, Razak, and (hope I spelt it right) Aiswaria in the Club Lounge were always helpful and courteous. They made our stay memorable and there’s no doubt we will be back!!

    It’s an old hotel and maintained quite well. Not perfect ... a few cleanliness issues but it’s not 5 star and the service was excellent, central to everything. I’d stay again.

    Good location right in heart of KL, but albeit outdated deco”

    Excellent location within 100m to next door Pavillion Mall, fantastic for family with young kids n elderly. Secured multi story car parking with ample lots. Price wise not fantastic for the outdated deco, and if you have luggage to bring from carpark, it is a hassle to climb few steps of stairs up and down to hotel lobby. The toilet shower tap keep having issue to close tight, on off got water dripping..if you are light sleeper you will not sleep well. The water pressure and hot cold water mixture is erratic. Probably its time to renovate the whole hotel if they want to maintain such high price as compared to Westin and Marriot neighbours Staff service probably lack abit of training, but overall they are friendly.

    Amazing location!! Excellent stay!”

    It’s my 10th time to KL. Always wanted to stay in this hotel for it’s location and charm. But the high price has refrained me from staying at. This time it was a jackpot!! I got the best price from Agoda and bonus cash redeem offer as well. So we made it this time. Apart from the location and hotel class the staff from the gate to the reception, concierge to room service - all were too good and professional. I will rate this hotel a 9.2 stars

    The location was great, surrounded by many shopping mall and restaurants. Great value for money. The bathroom was a lil bit dirty, but that was only a minor problem. Will definitely staying at this hotel again if I got chance to visit Kuala Lumpur

    Exceptional”

    We stayed here last year and were extremely impressed with the service. A lady called Lily was fabulous and just so helpful. We would definitely go back again. The breakfasts were great and a fabulous happy hour with free drinks and nibbles. I would prefer not to eat here in the evening as so many great restaurants close by.

    Excellent Services from Club Lounge Staff”

    I stayed at club room and got excellent services from the time I check in. Kudos to Razak, Hanim and Hafiza for their services in club lounge, definetely I will recommend my friends / relatives to stay at this hotel

    Wide Breakfast Spread”

    We were impressed with the wide array of international breakfast! The cappuccino and Teh Tarik was exceptionally good. Location is fantastic, right on the middle of the shopping belt, with Pavilion Mall right next to it, amidst other malls, eateries, shops and restaurants. Will definitely return for the 3 rd time when I come back to KL!
