    Great Night”

    We stayed here on our last day in Thailand before flying back home and I'm glad that we did. The full hour body message that the hotel offered was an amazing way to relax our bodies and minds before a long day of travel ahead. Although the service was a little expensive compared to all the street message parlors it was well worth it because of the cleanliness and staff. They were fully booked on our original room so we got a free upgrade to a premium suite which was awesome. The room had a good sized bed and a bathroom we were happy with. The staff was very friendly and spoke great English too. My one knock on the place was the free breakfast. We arrived to eat at 10:00am and most the food was already cold. And to make matters worst they kicked us out at 10:30am on the dot to prepare the restaurant for lunch. We felt rushed to say the least. I would advise showing up to breakfast early when you visit.

    Mixed review”

    Pros of this hotel are staff and location ,checkout was fast and efficient. The was lovely. Negatives are the rooms are in need of refurbishment. They upgraded us to a suite which was lovely but the extra room was never used because it was dark and dingy, even had to move kettle and tray because their was no electricity point where it was located. ? Fridge was supposed to have mini bar it didn't. , trying to open the doors to access it was an exercise , and difficult .I could go on but I'm sure you get the point To top it all on checkout we were asked if we'd used anything from the minibar

    Weekends and Business”

    I use this hotel for a weekend away as well as when I an BKK for business. Hotel location is great, Nana station just minutes away and easy access to Taxi as well. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Hotel staff are great.

    Truly it was a mistake to book this hotel. Room said had washing machine. No. Clean? No. Friendly front desk? No. Street walkers hanging out everywhere? Yes. Enjoy your stay at this dump at the end of an alley..

    Good location, and room is big, but old”

    hotel is old, so a lot of the things in the room will not function well (bathroom sink the water didn't go down well, shower heads looked old, and the AC smelled.) and the room felt very damp for some reason. Breakfast is "ok", but not great.

    Stayed as it was near Burmungrad hospital”

    The hotel location seemed nearby on the map to the hospital but it was my mistake. But it is near the Nana station so for BTS uers, it is good enough. But the hotel building seems old and endless issues. I had 2 rooms but both had issues. But I have to say, the staff is good. Language issue was there but I could see the staff wanted to take care of the guests as much as possible

    Location and Spacious Room”

    This hotel located nearby BTS Nana Station and easy to access to everywhere in Bangkok. Room is spacious and clean however kitchen facilities are pretty old and A/C is very noisy even reduced power. Staffs are well-trained and very helpful. Thanks.

    Nice and friendly”

    Hotel is in a good location and close to a major shopping mall, the sky train and metro for an easy commute as well as many restaurant close by. Staff are friendly and they have a couple of places to eat and drink at the hotel. The pool is good and the gym is better than most hotels. Some parts of the hotel are dated which would be the only bad comment for my stay

    A great medium priced beautiful hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, excellent beds and a wonderful staff. Located near the party action on one side of the hotel and great shopping and Korean influences on the other side. My new return hotel when visiting Bangkok.

    Totally not happy with Halal food. ”

    Although the staff mentioned that they separate the culinary for halal food, they put the halal food right beside non halal food which serve the same row with pork.. This provides us a wrong impression towards halal food.

    I requested King Size bed, I was given 2 single beds put together and the problems is the height of bed not same, so I have to sleep either side on the bed only. For the same of amount money you can get much better hotel in sukhumvit area

    not the most convenient”

    its not as conveniently located ... the hotel requires a walk in the back lanes and the other near by lanes are full of pubs which is not suitable for my kids. i would have chosen another location with a shorter walk to BTS. overall size of the room is big but a little run down. the walls are also not so sound proof and the food smell from the next room does flow into our room so it was not pleasant to be smelling food throughout the night as you sleep. overall not a suitable location if travelling w kids.

    The hotel was very good, the only thing which I didn‘t like that the was for some hours nobody on the swimming pool reception to get towels or drinks. I can‘t accept this for such a high class-hotel!

    Everything was perfect when we arrive there was a beautifully lady call weraporn she was so sweet and beautiful when we check out I forget my phone and she runned just to tell me , and also we have a problem about the booking and they gave us a upgrade room for the waiting . Excellent staff

    Location acceptable, friendly staff”

    Located at Soi 6 of Sukhumwit road which Nana BTS station just a 3 min walk. Room is big enough with a separate walk in wardrobe. I was allocated at old wing with only 9 rooms in a floor. Washroom need a minor renovation as the glass door doesn't work properly. To avoid morning flight depart from Don Meaung, there will be no taxi willing to bring you there even you can see a dozen of them park along the hotel main road. Hotel do have limousine service too but no driver which was disappointed.
