Excellent”
excellent stay with Grandeur , all the staff were very courteous and helpful especially i would like to appreciate Mr Sanjay at the front office , breakfast was good as expected , i had requested for extra linen and straight away it was provided , overall we enjoy our stay and had booked our next stay with pleasures.

Worst experience ever!!!”
I booked this place for my mom's birthday because it was near the mall. To start of, they were given the wrong room, they were able to change rooms but the tv's rc wasnt working. Staff also emptied the mini bar in front of them as if they wont be able to pay for it if they consume it. They were not advise of any policy or deposit or anything about it. (Just bs) Staff were very RUDE to the point that one of them even PRETENDED to be the MANAGER!!!. Just WORST!! To access the wifi you need a code from an A4 Paper good for 1 device only so if you have 4 gadgets they'll give you 4 pieces of paper. Talk about saving the environment. Then when the kids went to the pool for a dip they didnt put a sign that it was actually being chemically treated. This place is just full of BS, why open the pool area when it can't be used they should've closed it instead or put up a BIG sign that it's being cleaned. There's nothing good about this place. WILL NEVER BOOK THIS AGAIN!!!

Dear Ms.Maria, Thank you for your Feedback which was overviewed. i can see provided room for your stay which you Booked exactly same Next the staff Who attended you is our Senior Personnel we have not received any complaint on him apart from yours. When we enquired this with him he claimed that he was very humble and Polite to respond your query same was Discussed with you and your Family through our Front office Manager. Regarding Pool cleaning we maintain our Hygiene as per standard of Dubai Municipality which was Briefed to you directly by Manager of Duty and moreover our Lifeguard are certified by Dubai Municipality in case if pool need to shutdown we usually send Pool close notification to all Rooms and finally we are happy to knew your are Eco care person. we will find the alternate way for Providing WIFI Access but please be noted this Procedure are made as per DTCM Requirements. All i can say i will recommend this hotel,ALL are EXCELLENT!!staff,facilities,cleanliness &location.”
Im so impressed on our arrival,when we are about to get out from the taxi someone is already waiting,help us with the luggage,they dont let us to help him,very polite staff,we arrived early so left our luggage in the storage.excellent service, if you have a request immediately they will do it.bedroom is always clean.very nice food and a lot of choices.all staff are very polite and very helpful.,nice facilities and very accesible to most tourist spot.quick check in and check out!they have a good receptionist and very approachable.all excellent,staff,bedrooms,food ,cleanliness and facilities.I HIGHLY RECOMMeND this hotel to my friend.EVERYTHINg are EXCELLeNT.!!!they have a good value for massive size of the rooms and have excellent service..Thank you to all staff.

Hotel is fine, staff is friendly, we enjoyed the attention in the restaurant, but the quality of the food at breakfast time needs to improve, also, it was a bit disappointing the fact that they have the same standard menu for lunch and dinner, we were looking for different options at night. Over all, it is a safe option

Worst service and found bed bugs”
We are supposed to check in at 2pm but no available rooms. Worst customer service on the reception. Found bed bugs on the bed. Negative vibes on the room. I wont recomment this hotel.

this hotel, need upgrade, the bed not comfortable, the room was noisy, in the early morning got awake for a very loud noise coming from outside, when i looked the window a sewage company doing their job early morning around 2-3 am. its so disturbing. i dont know now how they allowed them to work in that timing. inside toilet lavatory drainage is blocked , the shower water temperature need a setting, its changing by its own to cold water and suddenly becoming hot while your in the middle of your bath time. house keeping need to improve their cleaning skills.
