Near to airport”
Put up a night here due to late arrival. Room size is big and near to the car rental company ie: Orix. Apparently you could pick up the car from Loisir as we noticed that there's actually Orix car rental work desk in the hotel.
A well place for family”
Before going to Okinawa, I didn't know that was a quite big hotel here. Even it took me about 10-15 mins by walking, still worth it. With very colourful and multiple choice breakfast, Hotspring, Swimming pool, and they did have several shops downstairs at ground level. The staff were Okinawan style kind, and were willing to solve any questions and problems.
Cleanliness is the key”
We booked a superior twin room with city view, we ended up with a room at the very end of the hallway so we got a beautiful ocean view! Room was very spacious and clean, bed was comfy, a/c worked well. The only problem: Bathroom. Very dated with strong smell of mildew, like most of the Japanese hotel bathroom there's no window, so when the moisture traps and ventilation isn't strong enough, you find moulds between tiles. I couldn't stand the smell so I called the front desk about this issue, they promptly offered a room change (which was perfect!) but my family refused to move... However, they made sure the housekeeping staff will clean the tiles in the bathroom next day and I think they did a great job cause the smell went away. Overall it was a pleasant stay! Perfect for family trip. Supermarket right across from the hotel. I'd say it's ideal for guests with rental car cause there's a 15 min walk to the train station. We will be back!
It's a large hotel that we used just for a late-night arrival, just to sleep. Very comfortable.
Good hotel with a small in house onsen. Staffs very friendly. Location is very convenient. Room is big and the kids love staying here.
Pool and Spa are excellent!”
Easy access from the airport and also to the ferry port where I usually take ferry to Okinoerabu island to visit my parents. My 7 yrs. son really enjoys the saltwater indoor pool while I enjoy their natural hot spring spa which is unusual to have in down town Naha hotel. Their big souvenir shop, convenience store, and my favorite apparel store save my time to walk down to Kokusai-dori (down town). Highly recommended hotel.
Very good ”
Good swimming pool and room condition is good but a little far from city center
Expensive High Charge Parking”
Very expensive and Charge Parking 1,500 yen/night. I won't back this hotel when i be in Naha again.
Misrepresenting photos and descriptions”
The photos and descriptions of the hotel are misleading. There are three terms - loisir Naha east annex, spa towers, and loisir Naha. The annex is connected via a bridge but it’s quite outdated and completely unimpressive compared to the main building. The hotel’s location is a little remote and there are better options for tourists which are closer to town. The “ocean” view from our room was a primarily a loading dock with forklifts and a couple of boats. Everything at the hotel is extra charge including the bath houses and indoor pool.
Okay place if you find a good deal”
The internet was awful. Our room was dirty when we arrived and we had to ask someone to clean our door which had some liquid of some sort all over it. The outdoor pool has too many restrictions. The pool staff is constantly watching you like they are waiting for you to do something wrong. They do not smile or speak which would make the staring less annoying if they’d at least at happy to have guests. The indoor pool is small and you have to pay to utilize it. You also have to pay for access to the gym which is a big turn off for me. Overall the hotel is okay but due to the additional fees I will stay at other hotels.
We had a good time at the hotel !”
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。沖縄に行く際はこのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。 The staff were very helpful. I think I would like to stay again.
Booked a room for 3 and was given 3 single bed, big room and comfy bed! Nice balcony overlooking swimming pool. There's indoor and outdoor pool and a gym to work out. Huge supermaket 2 mins walk from hotel. Located in the city. Need to pay extra for onsen and parking.
If you don't use pool, it's good hotel. The pool is different from the photo. And if you are girl, don't use the pool in the evening. You will be a show girl of the restaurant by the pool, and in that restaurant, many men with closes......
Great stay, great price and good location”
We had a great stay. Conveniently located near the airport, we hired a car and did a lot of traveling the first day and then it was a great place to relax. No beaches near by and the pool is shallow but definitely a nice place to relax and near a good tourist street. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were great!
Solid Hotel for exploring Naha”
Only stayed one night before exploring more of Okinawa. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. Note you need to cover up tattoos so I had to wear my t-shirt. Interesting to learn this but not a big deal. 15 minute walk to the tram/main road. We liked this as a way of just exploring Naha and seeing a bit more.
Comfort Room with comprehensive facilities ”
It is a good hotel for spending our holidays there. This hotel provide a outdoor swimming pool mainly for children, it is large enough and beautiful. The indoor swimming pool and the onsen need to be paid. We live in the main building superior room with balcony, the bay view and swimming pool view is nice. The room size is large as compared with other hotel in Okinawa. The price for this hotel with swimming pool is fair enough. But no Wifi in room.
Slightly disappointing and far from monorail”
The hotel is at least a 15 minute walk from Asahibashi Monorail station. It's quite a walk especially with the humid weather in Naha. It's next to the water, but it's not a nice beach but an industrial harbor. I would choose a hotel that is closer to public transit if you want more convenience. If you're renting a car, then it is less of an issue. There are also two different buildings. The East building which has remodeled but smaller rooms and the larger building which has most of the facilities: restaurant and pool access. Our friends booked on Hotels.com for about the same price and got a nice room in the new building. It doesn't like they are very clear about which building you are really making a booking for which makes it somewhat deceptive. The pool access and hot springs are an additional 1025 yen for fairly old facilities. They are about average in quality compared to other Japanese hotels with hot baths. Also, I was also surprised that the elevator has no key swipe for security purposes which seems to be the norm for most modern Japanese hotels. We stayed in 4 different hotels throughout Okinawa.
Loisir Hotel is fairly close to the Naha beach and monorail (10-15 minute walk)and a 20 minute walk to the main shopping street, The hot springs/spa are nice, but you have to pay around $10 for use. Friendly staff and some shops in the hotel.
Nice Hotel by the Airport and Naha downtown”
loisir hotel is a very decent hotel with luxurious lobby and great gift store that has some of the best selection of okinawa souvenir products. the onsen was a very good part of staying at this hotel with salt spring. there were many korean tourists but mainly japanese staying at this hotel. convenient location.
