Great apartment in top location”
Stayed in apartment 801 which even had a balcony. Checkin is is by prearrangement—we used “Line” with ezBookers which worked very well, with high responsiveness. I really recommend getting either Line or WeChat for communication with them. Very good location in Da’an District. I’d stay again in this particular apartment.
Don't expect too much”
I mean i wasn't not happy with the place, it was located right in the middle of everywhere, the price, consider good and satisfying too. the only fallback is, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. and the few days we were there, it rained everyday, and without the exhaust fan, the towels are like damn forever. it was only 16-20C during our visit, and imagine wiping using cold damn towel on your body? i have sent over a message to request for dry towel, and the answer was, "we stated that we will only change clean towels on the 4th day stay." i said yes i noticed the notice, and i'm telling you the situation and hope you can help me out with some dry towels." they complied, reluctantly of course. i mean if you want to run a hostel, at least have the basic amenities ready. i would say its rather disappointing.
Worst experience ever”
Contacted the staff before arrival and was told to call them minutes when reaching. However, tried calling, the number was an unused number. Address showed on agoda belonged to some shops. Enlisted help from a very helpful local man. He also was unable to get through the given number. He tried reading the map and the address given was indeed not belonging to a hotel. After stranded on the street with luggage for an hour, somehow could got through the given number. The lady claimed that I should have omitted the zero in front. How would I know when I'm a foreigner and why the local also had problem with that number. Subsequently, the lady came to meet us, without a single apology, just nonchalantly said that the room was somewhere nearby and the address given was just a registered address. Needed to climb flights of stairs with luggage. The room was dim, smelt musty and mouldy. Spotted a few cockroaches. Kettle filled with leftover tea Remnants of food was found at bedside.
Good value for money”
Good value for money, though don't expect too much because it is fairly budget priced for its location. That said, it's convenient for car owners, scooterers, or those traveling by foot and public transit. There is no front counter and was fairly convenient communicating online. But foreign guests may have trouble with it, I don't know. Cleansiness was just so-so. You could tell the building was old. But I guess they did the best with what they had. We took the cover off the sofa bed for my guest to sleep on, because the cover was for the sofa configuration. But he ended up getting itchy at night.
Only good point is good location to mrt, food and shopping. Room is spacious, bad point is there's no reception so you need to call their hotline for any enquiry.

This is a high C/P hotel. Good location, it's very near MRT. The room is also clean and good. Before checking, you have to call them first, they aren't always there for service. But compare to the other benefit, I could accept it and will come back again.
I've been on countless business trips to taipei for the past 3years. I've stay in many hotels in Taipei, EZbookers have a few location all right in the central location, its a good size room and well equiped for the price per night. There isnt a lobby for this hotel, so you will need to call upon arrival. Still the best value for money and great location, stone throw away from where i work.
Accessible, Complete and Hassle-free”
I really love the location of the place, it was very near an MRT station and bus Station which was our main mode of transportation since we were a group of 6 adults. There were complete facilities in the common area as well as in the private room. The room was very spacious and well maintained. The check in/check out was hassle free as well.

I reserved a room at EZBookers B for six consecutive weekends in May 2018. On my first visit to Fuxing B on 23 June 2018, I found that I have to make a phone call asking a staff to give me a smart card to get into my room. I have to wait at very hot lift lobby. By experience, I sent an email to EZBookers reminding them my second visit (In fact, all of my bookings, including my time of arrival, are already show on the booking confirmation). On my second visit, I reached Fuxing B on time and made the same telephone call, five minutes later, a staff turn up but she told me that Fuxing B is fully booked. Then, she lead me to another premise for about five minutes walk (in fact, a residential building where I have to use three keys to open different gates and ,at length, a smart card to open my room. I do feel that there are lots of uncertainty on the exact location where I will resided for my coming four visits in July 2018. The main issue is all of my bookings are confirmed.

Convenience and good location”
Location beside Sogo and MRT is jut beside the hotel. Hotel location is not easy to find. After communicate with staff via phone and we are able to access to the room. Overall is a good experience.
location is perfectly convenient; staffs are nice and helpful. But, the next door family was noisy during midnight.
Wrong address, have to ring the number, otherwise you’ll never find it, cuz they don’t have reception either receptionist there.
You need to have contact with owner for easy check in .otherwise is too difficult. Even you contact the owner, you might end up waiting because the staff who is in charge of the property is not there , and their are the one who will give you the key for the property, The best thing is to have line contact with owner beforehand
Hope there's other option to get the room key”
1. Location's great, near MRT / Bus stops. 2. Restaurant, convenient store, department stores are around the corner. 3. Actually the room's bigger than my expectation. This hotel is like a short-term rental apartment And since it's without counter staff: You have contact the staff, follow their instruction through phone, and meet them to get the room key.

Poor check in and customer service”
The check in experience is extremely poor. As noted in other reviews, there is no reception or standard pre check in message with clear hotel location details. Note the address given is actually very unclear and hard to find - I ended up in the adjoining building next door (park location) and had to seek assistance from the staff at a nearby hotel who kindly contacted them for me. Unfortunately after much to and fro, they refused to send anyone to help me and the staff member ended taking pity on me and took me next door. This was a terrible start, but could have been salvageable. The old building guard who appeared to double as the check in staff gave me a keys and I headed to my room. The door handle was broken (it was lying vertically in a resting state and could not be turned easily). I went back down and notified him of the problem and asked for a replacement room. I was advised there were no other rooms and he went back up with me to check wherein he expressed surprise and tried to convince me that it wasn't broken (despite struggling for a long time to force the handle). He got it open in the end and conceded that it was indeed broken. Based on his advice that there were no available rooms, I told him I would stay that night but needed it fixed during the next day when I was out as it was a security issue. He agreed and for good measure I also sent a message via Agoda to Ezbookers to notifying them of the broken door handle formally. What followed subsequently is a textbook example of ignoring customer complaints until they complain seriously enough. The door handle was not fixed the following night and I had to send further and stronger messages to the point where I advised it would be referred to Agoda given the utter lack of response, and the severity of the security concerns for a lone solo, female traveller who could only communicate in English. The initial response was gaslighting (i.e. we offered you a replacement, we told you we couldn't get it f
Terrible check in experience I've ever had”
Location, facility and cleanliness is worth. Devastating was the check in process. I went to the actual hotel address shown in Agoda, and surely there exists the hotel, But I was announced to move to other location (maybe franchise hotel?), which requires 5 more mins. It's okay, but the problem was I had to call the receiption who had already gone back to home due to my late arrival. Receptionist try to explain the way to go to new address by phone, which is almost impossible to reach (I am not Taiwanese. I am alien to this land. How I can reach there!?) You may face same problems if you book this hotel, and your flight and immigrations take longer time. Receiption go back home by 7pm. Calling out for them after 7pm may cause you pay additional charge consisting of their taxi and overtime cost. Solution is; Hotel should provide all the customers via personal message refering check in method and actual address of hotel. 10USD guest house or HundredsUSD hotel is much easier to stay.
The location is probably the only and most attractive selling point to this hotel. It is walking distance to Taipei 101. The night after fireworks we could just walk back instead of getting squeezed in the train. For checkin, need to reply to staff's email so there will be staff attending to you. The room wasn't that clean and had very strong smoke smell.
