There is some uncomfortable at Royal Hotel And Healthcare Resort Quy Nhon such as - High noise from Cafe Royal music. - We saw 2 snacks inside garden (@ block B in 2 days. - There is not private at swimming pool (Near Cafe Royal)
I stayed at this hotel about ten years ago. Time and a change of management have not done it any favours. The two restaurants are no more so the evening meal has to be found outside the hotel which is situated in an area which caters for local people only. The staff generally did not speak English but really put in the effort to be helpful. In the four nights that I was there only one western couple were guests. On my last morning the whole breakfast area was taken up by coach parties passing through. No facilities had been made for guests. Overall it is good as long as you are prepared to find things for yourself. It is about a 20 minute walk into town.

Basic rooms, nothing fancy, basic bed and equipment, no extra blankets or pillows or towels.. only 1 night, bland breakfast..nothing special.
hotel is in very good location but not in well maintenance, the facilities are in very old condition as well as staff, without professional. the beach is nearby hotel but not clean because of rubbish from the Genh Rang area coming down.

The facility is old. Something was smelly such as the glasses in my room. The room is big enough for a couple. The car park didn't have a roof. So you would be wet if It's rain. With the same price, you have lots of more hotel options nearby. The hotel couldn't provide the VAT invoice. Neither do Agoda.com. So there was no way I can have the VAT invoice for this hotel reservation. So I don't think I would come back.
10 years this hotel was great. Now it is disappointing. Nobody maintains it. Broken furniture can be found everywhere on the compounts. Staff reception and house keeping very nice. Breakfast is horrible. No juice, coffee like tear. Breakfast staff is baking its own eggs on a very dirty egg and soup station. Taliking and facebooking without giving notice to the buffet and guests. This hotel needs a manager whio understands hospitality again!
I booked the room during the Vietnames New Year holiday so it's understandable to not have some of the services.The restaurant was close and the spa and massage wasn't available. I got tired of the breakfast menu since it was the same everyday. I was invited for a free dinner buffet on the 1st day of the new year. They stated the time at 6 pm but they only started setting up when I got there since I was the first one in the venue. I waited for an hour before I actually started eating. My room was near the pool which is open to the public too so sometimes it gets a bit noisy. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. The housekeeping cleaned the room and changed the sheets everyday. The staff were also very helpful.
Hotel was tired and needs some renovation. Staff were friendly when we saw them - which was not often. The hotel lacked some basic services - such as towels for the pool, or beach chairs for the beach. Breakfast was poor. Not highly recommended.
Big rooms and nice ocean view”
This place was pretty good. It was clean, the staff was nice. The price on agoda was about 40% of the listed price at the desk. I felt it was good value for the Agoda price. Skip the breakfast even if it's included. It was instant noodles in a big empty restaurant. For dinner we ate across the street from the street vendor woman selling pho and it was great. Highly recommend it.

I book for a family with 2 children, no extra charge for room, but we have to pay extra for breakfast. There is mismatch between hotel and agoda but the teller not care about confirmation, only 2 breakfast tickets. The staff attitude should be improved, material fixing and replacing should be more careful to keep place being nice. Other factors sound okey

We had to wait for over an hour before we could check in. When we arrived it was already very hot in Quy Nhon. The staff was friendly and polite. Our room was big, the bed was clean and the garden view was nice because we also could see the beach. It was a little bit wet on the floor since the water from the bathroom could not really evaporate. The beach itself was clean, though not spectacular; there were no sun loungers or umbrellas to lye in the shadow as people come to swim in the evening. The staff was friendly. There is a spa area that offers massage (body and feet) but the atmosphere there was dark and not really inviting, it didn’t feel like it’s really clean there. The masseuse seems like she was not really much motivated, the treatment was not really enjoyable and last 45 minutes even though I paid for one hour. Be prepared that you’ll be asked for any tips afterwards... would not recommend the massage. You can rent a motorbike for a day to drive around.

Hotel Review Re: Royal Hotel and Healthcare Resort - Agoda Booking ID: 226708860 I feel that it is necessary to put pen to paper and address these issues. My friends and I booked four (4) separate Deluxe Garden View rooms from 15 - 18 August 2017. I believe my review is “generous” and above all, truthful. Reception & Business Center - (2 out of 5) - old, dated and not clean. The whole area is cluttered with furniture and ornaments and looks like a storage facility for a second-hand shop. Rooms – (2 out of 5) - minimalist with dated decor, old, worn out and stained furniture. Air conditioning not working properly. No bells & whistles. Looked like late 70’s early 80’s style. Menus – (0 out of 5) no food menu or room service. While on the subject of food – the Free Breakfast disgusting, food was way below standard for a self-proclaimed 4 Star Hotel/Resort, My rating would be (1 out of 5) for the following reasons – · Preparation – minimal. · Presentation and creativity - non-existent. · Taste – insipid. . Restaurant disgusting dirty and dated. Staff - (2 out of 5) - I would strongly recommend that you properly train your staff on all facets of hotel/Resort service and management. Staff didn't seem to care, they were either on their mobile phones Facebooking, hiding to avoid work or sleeping on counters. My other recommendation is to hire a properly qualified and experienced staff. Then, and only then, will you earning a true 4 Star rating, unless of course it is not important to you. Service - (2 out of 5) - needs to dramatically improve for 4 Star rating. You need more that just friendly smiling faces to keep the clients coming back. Spa & Massage - (0 out of 5) - Expensive and overpriced. Rude and disrespectful Managers/Staff. Dirty surroundings and facilities. Staff smoking in all areas with full ashtrays laying around. Rooms are big. Nice hot showers. Breakfast buffet is a collection of dishes from around the world and does not meet the standard expected to match the price level of the hotel. We had much better at hotels half the price. Buffet is not (timely) replenished when stock runs out. Little flies over cakes. Staff hardly speaks english and responds reluctantly and slow to simple asks. All facilities are scattered among a large compound. Taxi into the city is easily obtained for around 40.000 dong, one way.
