                  The hotel feels like the 80's However, its well maintained for its age. Still preserve the hotel policies like back in the days. Available non smoking floors is a great plus. Free airport transfer is REAL.

                  MORE CAN BE IMPROVE”
                  The plunger in the wash basin and bath tub don't work. Everything in the room is control by a electronic panel. Very inconvenient. For us familar a remote for tv, air-con. All light switches on the wall nearby. So this development is hard getting used to. Especially for the tv it was hellish trying to operate it thru the panel! There is a alarm clock setting on the electronic panel but it was confusing. Call the service technician to help. He can't do. He told me the tv can only be switch on manually so do all the rest of the functions - volume changing chanels etc. The remote on the bedside table doesn't work. Doesn't work for the air-con nor tv. Everything has to access thru the panel. They do provide a free shuttle to the airport every 2 hours. But the van looked as if it had seen far better time. The back rest behind are missing. Floor carpet almost gone. The doors don't work too well. But hey, is free RIGHT!! Breakfast aaa nothing to cheer about.

                  Staff are friendly & helpful. They organised driver and car to take us to Lake Toba and provided free airport shuttle at the end of our stay. Nice pool. Architecturally it is a gem.

                  Excellent Value for Money”
                  Stayed 2 nights at this Hotel, based on the amount we paid, it really exceeded our expectation, air-port pick-up service was prompt and smooth, the breakfast was delicious with many food choices, coffee was nice too! Location is very central/good and convenient to travel anywhere, especially the walking distance to Jalan Selat Panjang which many chinese style foods. The only minor issue was that the water in our bathroom was always stucked/flooded because couldn't drain properly through the floor trap. Overall a very good experience of statying at this hotel.

                  Restaurant workers are unconcerned. The bowl dishes are used, left on the table. Plates are ants (creeps). please advice staff always smile and friendly ( I think they should be trained for friendly) . Treated staying as guest.

                  Its a budget hotel with everything old inside. Dirty bed sheet, peeling old carpets, dark bathroom. The only good thing about this hotel is its free shuttle to and from kualanamu airports. If i'm not pressed on budget, i will not stay here again.

Central location, 10 to 15mins walk to mall & popular tourist attractions. Very good value for money. Downside, people smoke in air cond restaurant n lobby.

                  Old but still good hotel”
                  This is an old hotel and it felt that way when you walk along the corridor to your room. It has a kind of a stuffy smell. The lift is also rather slow and sometimes I worry that it might just stop. The bathroom give a stale smell like dried urine (could it be the detergent that they use?). There are mosquitoes in the lobby and if you wear shorts, you will be bitten. Ok, those are the minus points. Although it is old, overall, I think the hotel is still a good place to stay. For one, they provide shuttle service from and to the airport and this is very helpful. For the room rate charged, the buffet breakfast is excellent. There are quite a variety of food to choose from. The staff are very polite and helpful. Every morning and evening there is a pianist playing beautiful music at the lobby. Location wise, it is quite ok where all the malls are only 5 to 10 minutes away but how I wish it is just located next to a mall. Anyway, the efficiency of Grabcar took care of that.

                  facility quite good, old hotel, not enough ligh”
                  have a bathtub, quite clean, but need renovation the coridor too dark not enaugh lightning. staff are ok but first time check in the staff too busy with her own handphone until other staff call her and she said ok ok wait.... when i call room food service, one of the staf didnt know about, food coming and the staff give meal, i have to close my own door and he didnt say anything. the telephone line rj11 a little wrong and have to replace.

                  The hotel is quite descent yet old. The superior room size is very descent with kingsize bed. However not all electronics worked (such water boiler and bedside tv remote). The breakfast provides “quite okey” foods with descent varieties (but mostly all fried)... However, with agoda price kind of room, u can get more value on breakfast.. This hotel got nightclub and ktv, so it could be your once stop entertainment. The only problem I got, is... the sound of the nearbly railway is so noisy... This Hotel gotta do something to the room to reduce such outside noises...

                  The hotel service is getting better compared to before. Fast checkin and services rendered with no long time waiting. What the best is, it provides free shuttle to the airport but the a/c of the transport is quite bad :)

                  Below my expectation”
                  Booking kamar non smoking, tapi dikasih smoking room ( ashtray on table and ciggarate buds in the bathroom rubbish bin) Room smell of smoke, even the whole floor smell of smoke. No tea or coffee, only sugar sachets. Plenty of food options for breakfast, taste ok. Room is spacious.

                  it was very awful , when i was staying at No Smoking Room, and also included a full floor with No Smoking Area, BUT in fact there are full of smoking people in this floor , people are smoking anywhere at this floor, i reported to front desk 2 times but nothing changed. i don't want to stay anymore.

                  -Room is quite ok, spacious, however,since the hotel is an old hotel, it smells old and dusty. Carpets and sofas need to be changed already. Breakfast is quite good. - The most terrible part is the 24hour restaurant at the hotel: dirty, oily floor and smelly. Price is unacceptable. Better go out n find better n cleaner place with more reasonable price. -One more thing, if your travelling with elderly, please reconsider as you’ll have to climb stairs to reach the lobby.
