u can never contact the reception easily..housekeeping not available at night..bed was comfortable..toilet was dated..had booked 2 rooms but they upgraded us to a unit with 2 rooms together..was fun to stay with my sis family..breakfast was bad..reached at 930am and most of the food had finished..
Polite staffs and clean room. Nice location for couple to enjoy bukit bintang but not suitable if with kids especially with toddlers because u have to cross road and walk if u don’t want to be trapped in the congested of bukit bintang traffic. Worth it for the price.
I thought I was staying there, but instead I stayed at the apartment behind the hotel, as the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. I arrived at the hotel there were no signs indicating to go to the apartment behind hotel, if it wasn’t for a passerby to tell me I wouldn’t have known. I was at the check in counter and I requested a refund as I wanted to stay at a hotel not an apartment and was told that my booking was non refundable. Had no choice but to stay there. I wasn’t shown the room just the key and I had to find the room myself. Apartment policy. Next morning I complained again as I was not told where to go for breakfast, nothing missed as the supposedly hot food had all the lids off, didn’t want to chance it for food poisoning I took the safe option toast and coffee. Receptionist wasn’t helpful at all when you try to give them a lesson in food hygiene. For those that will be staying at the apartment complex will be impressed by the room but unimpressed by the staff.
rooms are dirty, 1 of the front desk staff was very rude and made me waited for 30mins to get the room as there was no rooms available or ready at that time which is 7.30pm. toilet was leaking badly and nothing was done to it. WILL NEVER EVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN AND PLEASE DONT STAY HERE or REGRET IT!
Perfect Location at the Heart of KL”
The hotel is located at Bukit Bintang which is very accessible (near MRT station, the city, the street food, the central market, the chinatown, etc.). However, the room seemed to be old and not well maintained. Good to know that they are for renovation from 28 February 2019 onwards. We got a great deal online for room rates. The staff at the front desk were all nice and friendly, and all our concerns were addressed immediately. However, one of the bell-boy tricked us. He advised us that arranging a taxi is cheaper than Grab from hotel to airport, as Grab would ask us to pay the toll fee in addition to the rate. We found out that he asked the driver for a commission (RM10) in addition to my husband's tip of (RM10). Moreover, we learned that Grab would only cost us RM65 plus RM2.5 toll than the taxi that cost us RM90. Thus, should be careful when dealing with the hotel staff.
Very old hotel. Unpleasant moldy smell in the room. Poor lightings. Heard they will be closed for renovation. Looking forward to see some improvement. Good things is strategic location near to Jalan Alor and Bukit Bintang
Front Office employees lack of training ”
Before I arrive at the hotel, I tried to call up the hotel to check my booking. Surprisingly, no one pick up my calls. After 1 hour plus, I arrived at the hotel to check in and I was told the system didn't has my booking. I took about 45 mins to check in with no queue ahead. When i got up to the room at 11pm, I heard drilling noise but I am not sure where is the sound come from. I tried to call front office with the internal phone but again no one pick up my calls. Thus, I went down to front office to request change of room, but unfortunately when I tell them there is noise, the employee doesn't seems to believe although she is willing to change the room for me. Few times passing by the front office, when the employees are checking in/out the guests, they won't bother about when phone ring and just continue with what they're doing. If i m not wrong this is so called a 4 stars hotel? Those equipment in room quite old. Only great part is, F&B employees are friendly and attentive.

The staff was very friendly and i had a power trip they actually like about 15 mins they got me another room. the breakfast was just too good specially nasi lemak and the eggs was tooo good and yummy. will definatly come and stay again.

Location is superb for staying family or business both commuting is the best toilets can be more serviceable during my stay choked draining system was not removed during stay committing to provide in time was not done any ways staying is not bad alongwith basics are full filled!!!
Value for Money for Business Traveller”
It located near to city attraction but not in the city centre. If you are having any occasion at the city centre but looking for cost effective but convenient for your business trip, i would recommend this hotel. It is near to public transport

Staff Joe upgraded us to another room which was nice. The first room was a bit older with worn wall paper and worn carpet -you could visibly tell the room was not well maintained. So requested change of room that was provided. The second room was old too but was less worn out. Nice TV reception, large toilet and bathroom. Location is always good with this hotel for shopping and eating local food! Thanks

Good location . Inhouse coffee house (Green Treats) has good selection of cakes and a very good creamy mushroom soup . Room service was good esp the Nasi Goreng Istimewa . Staffs were very friendly. Rooms are big , outdated but clean , comfortable, has all the essentials . I will return!

Good location where nearby Alor street for foods, drink. Just walk 2-3min reach there. Walk to Pavilion took time about 15-20min. Good safety environment while walk frm the hotel to Alor street and Pavilion because very happening with the people and full of lightings along the road. Gave me peace of mind. Car parking basement, hv to be careful and consider limited parking lot too. FOC for guest. Breakfast variety not that much and nasi lemak and mee goreng need to improve the taste of foods. Juice and coffee are good.

Best hotel location in KL ! ”
This hotel has one of the best location in KL city. Just a short walk to all the biggest malls in Bukit Bintang. The breakfast was great, plenty of food to choose from. However, i find the room was a bit small old and need s considering after i've add in an addtional bed. I hope that the management would look into the bathroom because i think it look s a bit old and outdated. Maybe the management would consider refurbished it. Thank you.

As good as Home”
Staff, Management all work together to create a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Such an easy and problem free check is made even easier by understanding staff. My room had such a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Set your own air-conditioner temperature. All the needed toiletries supplied. Loved having coffee and tea with kettle/jug. Free water daily and refrigerator to keep them cool. Each day the room was cleaned to spotless and replacement of needs. Breakfast is of great variety. It was a delight to eat for 8 mornings and not get bored. It was varied from cereal, fruits and salads, great egg station, juices and hot drinks, make your own variety of soups, don't hesitate to ask friendly food staff, or chefs, for suggestions. Finish your choice of breads, cakes etc. Small swimming pool but welcome to use swimming pool at Residence building 6th Floor, access walkway from hotel. Do yourself a favour and order a fruit basket and/or chocolate plate for your room. Well worth it !!!!

Great Location - Walking distance to Bukit Bintang Area. You can go pavillion, lot 10, times square and many more Staff - Very helpful and friendly Breakfast - simple yet tasty. Legend experience with Friendly Staffs”
We encountered some unforeseen issues during our stay. It was really out of expectation, however, the staffs were really great and they handled it well. Satisfied with the services provided and the food at the Green Taste restaurant is quite good. Even though we had an unpleasant experience here, we will come again and would recommend this hotel as their staffs are friendly and polite. We were happy enough with their services.

Very old hotel, sound proof bad, renovated, but still old.
Good Location, Old Hotel”
This hotel has a very good location very near Jalon Alor. The staff is also accomodating. But that's about it. The building looks neat on the outside but the hallways and rooms are clearly old. Entering the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The toilet seat had what look like urine stains on it. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Clearly, housekeeping doesn't do a good job. Overall, I would only recommend this place for its location but you're better off finding better accomodation elsewhere.

I will not stay in this hotel at all ”
The room is too old and there was bugs in the bed . I was bite by the bugs and told the front desk when I checked out the next day. The reception promised to reply me by email after telling the manager about the issue . There was no reply after 3days . I was very disappointed about it . The management didn’t bother to contact me at all .
