I had already several times been staying in this motel and like it there. The room was big and had private toilet/shower attached. It is furnished with a big bed, a table and chair, a sideboard and an open wardrobe and you get towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, soap and mineral water for free. Anyway there is a hot-cold water dispenser in the common area where you can serve yourself day and night. Furthermore you can read several daily newspapers for free and the staff is very nice and helpful. Eateries are just downstairs and all around. The only drawback: I was given an uncleaned room. When I complained the staff cleaned it provisionary (I had arrived in the evening). This apart it is my favorite budget hotel in Miri.

The room is spacious, but has no window. It is equipped with a big bed, a small table and chair and a board as well as another kind of stool. The bathroom has hot and cold shower. Hot water is any time available outside the room. The staff is friendly. Differente eateries (Chinese style, Kelapit dishes) are right down around the house. Cleanliness is okay, but could be a bit better.

Good Location. Convenient. Enough parking. Value for money. But why toilet so high. I need hiking everytime when i want to go toilet. For 1st floor (i not sure other floor). And at the stair and lobby is smelly. Btw value for money.

Toilet (Wash Basins) arrangement a bit weird but still unable. Good things is hotel provide basic toiletries ( Soap, tooth brush) including 2 bottle of drinking water. if possible to use own tower due to hotel provided tower some time stick with other cotton materials when all wash together.

Convenient location but dirty”
Price was cheap and only a short walk to city centre but room was tiny with no window, bed sheets and towels were dirty and room in general was dirty. Staff were helpful

I you wish to stay here, I suggest take a non-budget room. Since I had a transit in Miri, I arrived late night and decided to take a budget room. However the room condition way below my expectation. If younwish to stay here, go for better room (they have two side, renovated vs old)

Not a pleasant afternoon nap”
We choose to have a short nap before taking our night plane flight and I regret it. The room design is weird, with the toilet inside the room with only glass door as divider. The room is also filled with cigarette smell. I rather pay to stay on a comfy sofa of a cafe than sleeping in a room filled with second hand smoke. Not going back there anymore.

When i arrived at the facility.. at 2.39 pm.. my room was ocupied by another customer.. how can they give the room i have booked to another customer? And instead they ask me to choose another room with higher price rm66.. i cancel my stay and went back to my town
