there’s a path that leads right to the beach. sand is clean enough and the waters are clean and clear.. sunsets on the deck are amazing and the hotel is within wakings distance to the night market. Grab ride 10mins to the larger King-Kong mart down the road which sells everything needed with a stretch of other restaurant / coffee options. sheets are clean and rooms are huge but perhaps one small eek was the ants in the room crawling over our stuff. they’re harmless otherwise.

This was our favourite room in our whole trip. We got the Ocean Suite on the 6th floor and it was to die for the view!! Although it was torrential rain the whole three days we were there it was beautiful! Buffet could do with some improving, not much veggio options but I’m sure is fine if you’re not. Just a short stroll into the markets. There is a bit of rubbish around the beaches so it would be great if the hotel could pick up the rubbish that gets washed up onto their property to help environment. Overall happy

We stayed in their smallest room ( the Petite) it was very small but had everything we needed. …comfortable bed, nice hot/cold shower, a small, fridge and TV that had many English channels including HBO. 10 minutes walk to night markets, plenty of venders and restaurants. Hotel provided free Round trip airport shuttle. The breakfast was maybe 7/10 rating. For a small hotel, it had enough variety but no deserts. Only negative was cooked food was at times cold. Maybe they need to turn higher the warmer. But the pho and eggs to order were delicious and always hot. But i still recommend this hotel.

The location is good, walking distance to night market. The hotel is clean, breakfast is changing everyday and taste good. Staff also honest and helpful, my sis lost her hp in front of the hotel, the staff and security found it and help to keep it. Really appreciate it

I stayed there for 3 nights with my parents. The city view deluxe room was excellent with lots of sunlight in the morning, modern interior design, and the fact that it is very secure (there was a warning sound when we didn't close the main door). From its central location, we could easily go to visit the entire Nam Dao (southern side of the Phu Quoc islands), the night market and seafood restaurants. We also loved the bright, scenic, ocean-breezy dining area. The Internet connection was not very good but I think the staff was very helpful to fix it for us very fast.

It writes about the ocean view but when I check-in. that is the city view. My friend booking the same deluxe double suite but it is no view for that. I ask the reception about it they said about Agoda images are not from them. Please check

Beautiful room and view but it is a tad bit expensive compared to other places. Breakfast choices were limited, not as expected. Restaurant menu marked some food as "Vegetarian" but when asked again, staff mentions it is non-vegetarian. Definitely better options out there.

Although the hotel has the appearance of a 5 star hotel, it’s not. It shows beach front hotel, it’s not. There is a rusty metal staircase that leads to rocks on the water and trash. My wife cut her arm open trying to take a photo. We rented a scooter from the hotel, the next morning the tire was flat, they said they would bring another one, they did, but it had no gas in it. We had filled the tank of the other scooter. When we asked about the no gas, they said the tire cost money to fix, and we shouldn’t be asking for a tank full of gas. Although the breakfast is free, the staff does not speak English, three out of four days we did not get what we ordered. The last night we were at the hotel, the people above us started banging on the floor, after 1 hour we called the front desk, there was not staff at 11pm. My wife finally found the manager who said she would take care of it. She did not, we went down to the lobby 3 times to no avail. The banging went on all night. We did not sleep at all. On top of that, the way their door and elevator card works, we could not get off on the floor above us to talk to the noise makers, only our own floor and the lobby. Upon checking out, the host asked us how our stay was. I was at a loss for words and left.
