Overall it is a good place for family of 4. The place has complete furniture such as futons, hanging area for clothes, washing machine, dining table, cooking utensils and heater. Located in a very quiet and peaceful area with no noise or complaints. A number of convenience stores along the road to the place and a coin laundry shop nearby. Quite nearby to the bustly Shinjuku areas with lots of shops and train stations. However, family with young kids like us have some difficulties as we need to climb up the narrow staircase to level 2 with luggage and stroller. Quite a distance from the train stations for kids to travel daily and lots of staircases. We were lucky too as there were no complaints although kids are quite noisy with their antics at times.

The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from Shinjiku train station. It is quite spacious, comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed for making breakfast, and more. Used the washing machine which worked well. The balcony is a nice touch. Management responded promptly to our questions by email. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, in case you have trouble with stairs. There are several small groceries nearby - our favourite was "My Basket".

Would definitely come back to Japan and stay again here! Super clean and everything is within reach,just a few walks away from family mart,shinjuku station. My family loved it here!

房間整齊舒適，廚房用具一應俱全。”

房間附洗衣機和廚房用具，曬衣服和煮東西都很方便，適合有長時間居住需求的人，若人數稍多，或者是家庭需求的話CP值很高。附近有24hr超市,巷口就是便利商店，走到新宿車站大概要15分鐘，雖不是很近但卻很安靜，在繁華喧鬧的新宿附近能住到這樣的房間的確很讚。
