This luxury comfortable condo is not only offers a reasonable price, but also has super luxury 5 star facilities , let's talk a little bit about what's near it.

1) 5 minute walking to KTM Station( train)

2)10 minute walking to very famous Food Court call kuchai lama Food Court, this food court got many local delicious food : satay , cha kueh tiaw , bak kut teh and many many..............

3)The traffic in this place is very convenient. There are lots of UBER , Grabcar , Bus or KTM.

4)if you like drink or nightlife, you also can go to the nearby Scott garden, There are lots of wine and beer to enjoy you there. just 3 minute by Uber or Grabcar.

5) 5 minute to Kuala Lumpur big and Famous Midvalley shopping mall and The Garden( got cinema, many food and drink) --drive or uber

6) 20 minute to KLCC Tower, Pavillion , Bukit bintang, Times square, Petaling street and Jalan Alor.....

7) 8 minute to famous Sunway Lagoon (water theme park) and sunway pyramid

Great place for a family gathering”

Booked this place for my son 1st bday celebration. Love this place as it is cozy and big enough to accomodate 8adults n 3 children. The handler who attended me really nice as he took the hassle to help me bring up the cake first as the check in time is 3pm & i arrived early. However, parking wise, there is only one parking for the unit and rest of the guests will be needing to park in the visitor parking and rm10 per vehicle. Overall, experience is really good and will consider to rebook again.

房子很新，地点还不错适合家庭游玩。”

设备设施很好，无边泳池风景也不错。。。一家人都玩得很开心。。只是楼下商店不是完全营业要买些商品有点不是很方便，找吃也很难。

检查所有的设施才入住哦”

我之前的住宿原本被取消，之后因为神级评分而又再租宿。入住时已经发现床单有破损，我觉得只是民宿便不予理会。退房时还特意提醒屋主这件事，可是他坚持是我们弄坏的。天啊，有人会在床上熨衣服吗？结果要赔偿马币250。什么床单要开天价。这里只是提醒所有人，记得要检查后才入住哦！不然……后果自负🙏
